★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu procurei a RA Tecnologia por ser uma assistência técnica da SMS, pois tenho um Nobreak da mesma marca que apresentava problemas com a vida útil das baterias. A solução era simplesmente trocar as baterias, mas fiz um orçamento para ter certeza de que era isso mesmo. O que me deixou indignado foi o valor do orçamento:
Baterias: 2 x R$ 120,00
Cooler: R$ 50,00
Mão de obra: R$ 80,00
1. Uma cobrança abusiva de 50 reais por um cooler que está, nesse exato momento, funcionando perfeitamente;
2. Um preço de 120 reais por uma bateria que eu nem sei de que marca era;
3. Uma mão de obra de 80 reais apenas para desparafusar o Nobreak, trocar as baterias e reparafusá-lo.
Meu Nobreak não estava na garantia e a loja cobra o quanto quiser por seus serviços, mas o propósito dessa avaliação é avisar para os desavisados que estiverem pensando em levar seu eletrônico fora da garantia pra lá, que não leve.
I contacted RA Tecnologia because it is SMS technical assistance, as I have a UPS of the same brand that had problems with battery life. The solution was simply to change the batteries, but I made a quote to make sure that was it. What made me angry was the amount of the budget:
Batteries: 2 x BRL 120.00
Cooler: BRL 50.00
Labor: BRL 80.00
1. An abusive charge of 50 reais for a cooler that is, right now, working perfectly;
2. A price of 120 reais for a battery I don't even know what brand it was;
3. A labor cost of 80 reais just to unscrew the UPS, change the batteries and repair it.
My UPS was not under warranty and the store charges what you want for its services, but the purpose of this evaluation is to warn the unsuspecting people who are thinking of taking their out-of-warranty electronics there, not to take it.
