★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tive dificuldade em encontrar uma oficina confiável para fazer serviços no meu carro. Como não entendo de nada sobre carros, sempre me senti enrolada em várias outras oficinas. Mas uma amiga me indicou a Auto Shop e estou encantada com a atenção que me deram! O dono muito simpático, um senhor, que fez questão de me mostrar o problema e explicar. Adorei o atendimento! Resolveram bem rápido e logo recebi o carro de volta! Super recomendo!!!
I always had a hard time finding a reliable repair shop to service my car. Since I don't know anything about cars, I always felt like I was involved in several other workshops. But a friend referred me to the Auto Shop and I am delighted with the attention they gave me! The very nice owner, a gentleman, who made a point of showing me the problem and explaining it. I loved the service! They resolved very quickly and soon I got the car back! Super recommend !!!

Falei com o proprietário o Sr. Ricardo e consegui um bom desconto, foi muito atencioso.
Super indico, tudo que uma mulher precisa de uma oficina (Honestidade).
I had my car needing to be fixed and I made some quotes and the best I found was at AutoShop, cost x benefit.
I spoke to the owner Mr. Ricardo and got a good discount, was very attentive.
Super indication, everything a woman needs in a workshop (Honesty).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Paguei à vista para fazerem um serviço e infelizmente só tive prejuízo. O serviço não ficou bem feito. Ao sair ficamos sem bateria. Na semana seguinte meu esposo teve que voltar lá porque faltaram parafusos, retrabalho na pintura, faltou a borracha do batedor da mala, lâmpada queimada, a vareta de óleo que era original foi trocada por uma velha e enferrujada (até agora não encontramos não comércio ) e por último vimos que os faróis estão desrregulados. Não recomendo está empresa.
Bad experience. I paid cash to do a job and unfortunately I only had a loss. The service was not well done. When we left we ran out of battery. The following week my husband had to go back there because there were no screws, rework in the painting, the rubber in the suitcase beater, the burnt-out lamp, the oil stick that was original, was replaced by an old and rusty one (so far we haven't found any trade) and finally we saw that the headlights are off. I do not recommend this company.

Coloquei meu carro para conserto, fui terceiro de um acidente (bateram na minha traseira). Seguradora autorizou troca de para-choque, como de outras peças, remendaram meu para-choque, como também não trocaram peças. Sem falar que o serviço ficou horrível, tudo desalinhado. Fui a oficina diversas vezes para tentar solucionar, mas sem sucesso. Pessoas da oficina sem profissionalismo e sem compromisso, total descaso.
Se quiser ser lesado, vá a essa oficina.
Terrible. Workshop with dishonest people, not to say other words.
I put my car in for repair, I was third in an accident (they hit me in the back). Insurance company authorized replacement of bumper, as of other parts, patched my bumper, as well as not exchanging parts. Not to mention that the service was horrible, everything was misaligned. I went to the workshop several times to try to solve, but without success. Workshop people without professionalism and without commitment, total neglect.
If you want to be injured, go to that workshop.

O orçamento e prazo de entrega foram mudando com os dias, no final paguei um preço absurdo (quase 4 vezes a mais) por um serviço mal feito, fios desencapados, o carro com desempenho baixo e trepidando bastante quando parado e em velocidades variadas! Em menos de 60 dias o carro me deixa na mão e o "novo problema" não estava incluído na garantia dada, com orçamento quase 3 vezes maior que de outro mecânico indicado por uma amiga, que teve que concluir o serviço inicial mal-feito. Com a alteração de oficina, o carro voltou a ser como era! Eles são muito educados, mas desonestos e ruins de serviço!
Terrible experience of being robbed! The car arrived with a problem and came back with several! The budget and deadline were changing with the days, in the end I paid an absurd price (almost 4 times more) for a poorly made service, bare wires, low performance car and a lot of trepidation when stopped and at varying speeds! In less than 60 days the car got me in hand and the "new problem" was not included in the warranty given, with a budget almost 3 times higher than another mechanic indicated by a friend, who had to complete the initial mis-done service. With the change of workshop, the car went back to being as it was! They are very polite, but dishonest and service bad!
