★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, o atendimento da atendente da manhã é desrespeitoso. Não recomendo, procurem outra possibilidade, existem outros melhores na região.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro liguei e passei que tipo de exame meu filho teria que fazer, a atendente disse que era só vir direto e esperar pois era ordem de chegada, ao chegar estava sem carteirinha perguntei se teria como ela conseguir o número ela disse que era difícil, me chamou novamente e disse que eu teria que ligar pois não havia encontrado em nenhuma Uniodonto, que eu teria que resolver, peguei o número que ela me forneceu e liguei, em 5 minutos estava com o número da carteirinha do meu filho,passando uns 30 minutos a atendente me chama e fala dizendo que esse tipo de exame tem que ser autorizado pelo convênio e não teria como fazer, a msm pediu pra que eu entrasse em contato com a Uniodonto e verificasse a autorização, pediu pra que eu vontasse na segunda feira, fui embora e no caminho liguei na Uniodonto novamente perguntando sobre a guia a ser aprovada, mas uma vez não levou 5 minutos a mesma já estava aprovada, retornei para fazer o Raio x, e ficamos mais uns 20 minutos para ser atendido, enfim depois de 1:10 consegui fazer o Raio x na boca do meu filho, sendo que se tivesse uma recepcionista mais mais informada acredito que em 30 minutos estava liberado.....
First I called and I spent what kind of exam my son had to do, the attendant said that it was just come straight and wait because it was order of arrival, when I arrived I was without a card I asked if I would have how she got the number she said it was difficult, me called again and said that I would have to call because I had not found in any Unidonto, which I would have to solve, I took the number she gave me and I called, in 5 minutes I had my child's number, the attendant calls me and says that this type of examination has to be authorized by the agreement and could not do, the msm asked me to contact the University and check the authorization, asked me to take it on Monday, I left and on the way I called UniTodonto again asking about the guide to be approved, but once it did not take 5 minutes it was already approved, I returned to do the x-ray, and we stayed another 20 minutes to be the stretched, finally after 1:10 I was able to make the x-ray in my son's mouth, and if I had a more informed receptionist I believe that in 30 minutes I was released .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima pois estou a horas tentando ligar pra agendar uma tomografia e não consigo, pois quando não está ocupado chama até cair ou desligam.
It's been terrible because I've been trying to call for hours to schedule a tomography and I can't, because when it's not busy, it calls until it drops or they hang up.
