★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc for de carro, pode deixar no estacionamento onde eles têm convênio, na Gabriel piza, nao sabia e perdi um bom tempo procurando lugar na rua (de semana não tem lugar) e acabei colocando num estacionamento próximo, mas bem caro. No geral fui bem atendida.
 If you go by car, you can leave in the parking lot where they have an agreement, in Gabriel pizza, did not know and lost a good time looking for a place on the street (there is no week) and ended up putting in a nearby parking lot, but very expensive. Overall I was well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! O diferencial de qualquer estabelecimento comercial e a forma em que os clientes são tratados e na Raid o cliente não recebe um bom atendimento.
Visitei a clínica com uma criança de 4 meses e eles não tiveram a preocupação de priorizar o meu atendimento, fiquei mais de uma hora na clínica.
As pessoas mal olhão na sua cara, não a simpatia, cordialismo em fim... não presta o um bom atendimento.
I do not recommend! The difference of any business establishment is the way customers are treated and at Raid the customer does not receive good service.
I visited the clinic with a 4 month old child and they were not concerned with prioritizing my care, I spent more than an hour at the clinic.
The bad-eyed people in your face, not the friendliness, cordialism in order ... does not provide the good service.

Ontem perdi meu tempo indo até essa Radi e não fizeram minha documentação como confirmado e prometido antes pelo telefone e Whatsapp.
Chegando lá disseram que meu convênio cobre metade da documentação e quiseram me cobrar R$160,00 por toda a documentação pedida pelo meu dentista. Mas antes de ir eles já tinham me confirmado que o meu convênio cobria tudo!!
Enfim ..só perdi tempo e passei raiva
Pq a recepcionista gritou na frente de todos que o meu plano não cobria a documentação e que eu tinha que pagar .. como se eu nada já tivesse combinado por Whatsapp e por telefone antes.
Eles fazem isso pra te atrair até lá depois te cobrar!!
Fui em outra clínica de radiologia que tbm me disse isso ..que meu plano/ convênio só cobria metade da documentação e com mais 60 reais eu pagaria a outra metade da documentação que faltava.
Está vendo a diferença??!! Essa Radi só pensa em dinheiro, não sabem negociar ..Não pensam no ser humano que foi até lá..perdeu tempo e condução pra nada..
All deception !!
Yesterday I wasted my time going to this Radi and they did not do my documentation as confirmed and promised before by phone and Whatsapp.
When they got there they said that my health insurance covers half of the documentation and they wanted to charge me R $ 160.00 for all the documentation requested by my dentist. But before they left, they had already confirmed that my agreement covered everything !!
Anyway .. I just wasted time and got angry
Because the receptionist shouted in front of everyone that my plan did not cover the documentation and that I had to pay .. as if I had already agreed on WhatsApp and on the phone before.
They do this to attract you there after charging you !!
I went to another radiology clinic that also told me that .. that my plan / agreement only covered half of the documentation and with another 60 reais I would pay the other half of the missing documentation.
See the difference ?? !! This Radi only thinks about money, they don’t know how to negotiate .. They don’t think about the human being who went there..wasted time and driving for nothing ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e a qualidade dos exames são excelentes. Mas agendar o exame não adianta nada. O tempo de espera é de pelo menos 30 min após o horário agendado.
The service and the quality of the exams are excellent. But scheduling the exam is useless. The waiting time is at least 30 min after the scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de uma hora aguardando pra fazer um exame que já havia sido agendado anteriormente. Recepção extremamente gelada com o ar condicionado muito frio e com o detalhe de que com esse períodode pandemia os lugares precisa ficar abertos mesmo se estiverem com o ar condicionado ligado ( lá estava tudo fechado ).
Outro ponto que deixou a desejar foi com relação a limpeza, chão da recepção bem sujo e cheio de cabelos.
More than an hour waiting to take an exam that had been previously scheduled. Extremely cold reception with very cold air conditioning and with the detail that with this pandemic period, places need to be open even if the air conditioning is on (everything was closed).
Another point that left something to be desired was in relation to cleaning, the reception floor was very dirty and full of hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei por volta das 15h e tinham apenas duas pessoas na minha frente, perguntei quanto tempo levaria e o atendente disse que uns 30m. Fiquei esperando por mais de 2 horas, vendo o consultório enchendo e eles colocando cada vez mais pessoas lá dentro, e ninguem sendo atendido, e cada pessoa que chegava eles diziam que levaria 30m. Depois quando já não tinha onde mais colocar ninguem eles cientes a tempos do que estava acontecendo disse que 1 das 2 máquinas que tinha estava com problema, mas mesmo assim esperou não ter mais aonde colocar pessoa dentro do consultório para avisar... então n me resta nada além de ter certeza que eles só pensam no dinheiro, e zero consideração pelas pessoas rs
I arrived around 3pm and there were only two people in front of me, I asked how long it would take and the attendant said about 30m. I was waiting for more than 2 hours, seeing the office filling up and they putting more and more people in there, and no one being attended, and each person that arrived they said it would take 30m. Then, when there was no place to put anyone else, they were aware of what was happening for a while, they said that 1 of the 2 machines they had had a problem, but even so, they waited for no other place to put someone inside the office to let me know... so they didn't tell me. nothing remains but to make sure they only think about the money, and zero consideration for people lol
