Inclusive, o doutor que executa os exames é simpático e extremamente cuidadoso com a limpeza, ainda mais nesses tempos de pandemia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A senhora que fica na recepção não é prestativa, nem competente, não tem empatia, muito menos faz qualquer esforço para auxiliar os clientes. Cheguei à clínica entreguei a documentação, senha do convênio e a autorização do convênio para a realização da radiografia. Ela recolheu toda a documentação e mandou aguardar. Não fez qualquer consulta, nem me avisou de nada. Todas as pessoas iam chegando e ela fazendo a mesma coisa. Após mais de 45 min de espera ela me chama e diz que não poderia fazer o procedimento porque não conseguiu imprimir a autorização do convênio. Após questioná-la se ela não poderia verificar junto ao convênio esse problema que NÃO é meu (já que o procedimento estava autorizado e tinha a senha para a realização), ela disse que não poderia fazer nada. Não telefonou para o convênio, nem chamou ninguém para auxiliá-la a verificar porque o computador não conseguia imprimir a autorização e depois que eu lhe adverti que estava aguardando há mais de 45 min, ela disse que não podia fazer nada porque o atendimento era por ordem de chegada. Se o atendimento é por ordem de chegada, então a pessoa deveria atender o cliente e após verificar todos os procedimentos, então pedir para aguardar o momento de realizar a radiografia e não pegar a documentação e deixar embaixo do balcão para quase depois de uma hora ver o que tem de fazer! Ainda assim, liguei na hora para o convênio que confirmou a autorização, coloquei no viva voz, a atendente pediu para a recepcionista reiniciar o sistema ou ligar para a CAT odontológica. A senhora recepcionista não quis falar com a atendente do convênio, começou a falar com outros clientes, depois disse que não tinha entendido a orientação do convênio e virou para o outro lado me ignorando completamente. Sem nenhuma educação ou respeito. Total desprezo e desrespeito pelo cliente. Além disso, a infraestrutura deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendo, não vale a pena.

If the service is on a first-come, first-served basis, then the person should attend to the client and after checking all the procedures, then ask to wait for the time to perform the radiography and not take the documentation and leave it under the counter for almost after an hour to see what you have to do! Still, I immediately called the agreement that confirmed the authorization, put it on speaker, the attendant asked the receptionist to restart the system or call CAT dental. The receptionist lady did not want to speak to the health insurance agent, started talking to other clients, then said that she did not understand the health insurance policy and turned to the other side, ignoring me completely. Without any education or respect. Total contempt and disrespect for the customer. In addition, the infrastructure leaves much to be desired. I don't recommend it, it's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção com descaso, ficamos hrs esperando, no convênio não tinha nenhum problema, simplesmente ela não enviou o pedido. Péssimo atendimento, falou tínhamos resolver, tanto q meu marido e eu ligamos para o convênio e estava td certo por lá. Simplesmente eles não queriam realizar o RX, dizendo ela q se demorar mais 10 minutos não poderia nos atender, já fazia 1h30min. de espera. Esse é o exemplo de serviço, descaso e incompetência, 1h30min desperdiçados com a ilusão q sairíamos com RX. Ganhamos só descaso e experiência de nunca mais voltar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de fazer um elogio, pois fiz minha documentação na Rox essa semana e fui muito bem atendida desde a recepção até o atendimento dial. Tive que fazer o molde e sempre tive ânsia e cheguei a vomitar outra vezes, mas o moço que me atendeu lá foi bem paciente e teve muito cuidado e não senti nenhuma ânsia. Super recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só reforçando as avaliações anteriores , atendimento péssimo de quem recepciona os pacientes , a primeira vez que liguei fui bem atendida a segunda vez uma Sra. me atendeu com descaso e falta de educação estava completamente sem paciência isso porque eu liguei hein , mas já vi que até presencialmente o atendimento é péssimo conforme os relatos abaixo , até achei que era implicância minha … Mas depois que vi aqui outros relatos constatei o nível do atendimento. Entao uma dica , existem vários locais que prestam este tipo de serviço e com certeza com um atendimento melhor pq pior que este não deve ter , evitem stress e não passem nem na porta deste local.
