O grande problema foi na consulta dos patins: os vendedores possuem conhecimento baixo sobre o esporte e indicaram a compra de equipamentos caros e inapropriados; quando questionados sobre o uso adequado da indicação, primeiro tentaram convencer do contrário com argumentos incisivos porém equivocados, adiante se irritaram e não buscaram prestar um bom atendimento. Ademais, vale dizer que o ambiente é escuro e a disposição dos itens é confusa.
It has a good variety of pieces in the urban sports line and the prices seem consistent - but they are in the expensive range of the term "befitting". The big problem was in consulting the skates: sellers have little knowledge about the sport and indicated the purchase of expensive and inappropriate equipment; when asked about the proper use of the indication, they first tried to convince them otherwise with incisive but mistaken arguments, later on they got angry and did not seek to provide good care. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the environment is dark and the arrangement of items is confusing.
