★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam melhorar o atendimento por telefone, esse numero (31) 3618-0001 toda vez que tento agendar um exame não consigo falar, fico mais de 01 hora aguardando e desisto, sempre acabo procurando outra clinica. Atendimento por telefone é péssimo. Desisti de fazer qualquer exame na Unimag.
 They should improve the phone service, this number (31) 3618-0001 every time I try to schedule an exam I can't speak, I wait more than 01 hours and give up, I always end up looking for another clinic. Telephone service is terrible. I gave up taking any exam at Unimag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento, esperei normal como se espera neste tipo de estabelecimento, vou dar 4 estrelas , porque é de difícil acesso ao local., imagina você esta pós cirúrgico, quebrado ou machucado e não tem condução própria, não passa ônibus lá perto ou você paga um uber, ou vai a pé

Vale ressaltar que, somos clientes e vice versa.
Atendentes muito mal treinadas e fazem pouco caso na marcação de exames.
Péssimo atendimento.
Tem que melhorar muito, ou então, mande embora e contrate pessoas melhores.

E ainda o médico que se chama Geraldo falou que eu teria uma menina e não confirmou. Fora a reclamação falando que tava muito novo, sendo que foi o médico que me passou o pedido. 18 semanas dava pra ver sim o sexo.
Resumindo foi dinheiro rasgado o que gastei.

E so uma pergunta vcs fazem ultrassom pra se dectetar uma possivel gravidez?
E quanto custaria pra se fazer o.isame?
I have never been there at this unimage clinic. So I saw tem.qui change the employees they work for. And it is free and spontaneous and willing to say that the customers are right. So don't criticize the company.
And just a question do you do ultrasound to detect a possible pregnancy?
And how much would it cost to do o.isame?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção em si é muito bom. Porém fui como acompanhante de uma senhora de quase 80 anos, e assistimos todos serem atendidos menos ela que por sinal é minha avó! Todos mesmo! Fui até a recepção e a moça me disse que era por hora marcada, lembrando que minha vó estava agendada pelo SUS às 08:45, e foi atendida 09:25, não entendi ela dizer que é por hora marcada já que estávamos esperando a muito tempo, pq chegamos com antecedência como nos foi instruído.
The service at the reception itself is very good. However, I went as a companion for a lady of almost 80 years old, and we watched everyone being attended to except her, who is my grandmother! Everyone! I went to the reception and the girl told me it was by appointment, remembering that my grandmother was scheduled by SUS at 08:45, and was answered at 09:25, I did not understand her saying that it is by appointment since we were waiting too long time, because we arrived in advance as instructed.

A recepção é espaçosa, ampla, limpa e climatizada.
