★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo.. cheguei as """15:00h""" e sai as """17:40h""". demora MUITO pra tirar radiografia e fazer a impressão. Não recomendo, a nao ser que tenha "bastante" tempo pra esperar. Dizem que atendem por ordem de chegada, mas no meu caso e de outra pessoa que eu estava observando, passaram várias pessoas na frente, pois não estavam achando no sistema o pedido de consulta que o dentista fez. E UMA BAGUNÇA. No final como já estava demorando mais de 30minutos pra ligar pro dentista, acabei ligando e resolvendo por conta própria. O pior é que nem avisaram que o pedido de radiografia não estava no sistema. Se eu não tivesse ido perguntar, provavelmente nem teria feito a radiografia. Quem ler este comentário e mesmo assim fizer consulta neste estabelecimento, deixe o comentário de sua experiência. Vamos divulgar nossas experiências deste lugar para ajudar outras pessoas a decidirem o que e melhor para elas.
E só pra reforçar, demorei quase 3 "três" horas neste estabelecimento..
NÃO se ENGANEM com AS avaliações NO Google DE quem TRABALHA na EMPRESA. Entrem no site e procurem se informar.
Terrible .. I arrived at "" "15: 00h" "" and left "" "17: 40h" "". it takes a LOT to take x-rays and make the impression. I don't recommend it, unless you have "enough" time to wait. They say they answer on a first-come, first-served basis, but in my case and that of someone else I was watching, several people passed by, as they were not finding the dentist's request for consultation in the system. IT'S A MESS. In the end, as it was taking more than 30 minutes to call the dentist, I ended up calling and solving it on my own. The worst is that they did not even notice that the radiography order was not in the system. If I hadn't gone to ask, I probably wouldn't have done the X-ray. Anyone who reads this review and still makes an appointment at this establishment, leave the comment of your experience. We will share our experiences of this place to help other people decide what is best for them.
And just to reinforce it, it took me almost 3 "three" hours at this establishment ..

Não gostei, não indico. Sugiro mais funcionários para primeiro atendimento. Não preferi esse lugar. Certamente não voltarei nunca mais.
Very long service. 1h30 just to register.
I didn't like it, I don't recommend it. I suggest more employees for first service. I didn't prefer this place. I will certainly never go back.

Terrible service, hyper-delayed, they took my documents and 1:20 hours later they told me that I was going to do the form and it took another 1 hour to be attended to without any structure, very bad

Fiz minha documentação a pouco tempo e foi me entregue de forma digital com logging e senha para acessar num site próprio deles, (ELES ATUALIZARAM A PLATAFORMA E DESDE ENTÃO NÃO CONSEGUI MAIS TER ACESSO A DOCUMENTAÇÃO). Liguei lá pra solicitar a documentação que estou precisando e simplesmente me disseram que perderam a minha e várias outras documentações e só, que não podiam fazer nada.
Eu paguei por um produto e hoje não tenho mais por causa do péssimo trabalho da empresa, falta de compromisso com seus clientes!
I don't recommend this place.
I did my documentation recently and it was delivered to me digitally with logging and password to access their own website, (THEY UPDATED THE PLATFORM AND SINCE THEN I CANNOT ACCESS THE DOCUMENTATION ANYMORE). I called there to request the documentation I need and they simply told me that they lost mine and several other documents and that was it, that they couldn't do anything.
I paid for a product and today I don't have it anymore because of the bad work of the company, lack of commitment to its customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa chegou no local era 17:20 recusaram atendimento, devido a atendente relatar que iria passar do horário de atendimento na clínica por que estava muito cheio sendo que a clínica fecha às 18:00h.
E ainda por cima minha Esposa ligou perguntando se era nescessário agendar horário.
