Liguei no domingo para tirar uma dúvida e nunca fui tratada com tanta grosseria.
Na segunda resolvi da um chance e pedi dois hambúrgueres, batata e milk-shake o pedido chegou faltando um hambúrguer batata murcha e velha e o milk-shake tinha virado suco isso tudo após esperar mais de uma hora! Liguei para o local para relatar o ocorrido e o atendente disse o erro seria consertado se passaram duas horas da reclamação e NADA.

I called on Sunday to ask a question and I have never been treated so rudely.
On the second one I decided to give it a chance and ordered two hamburgers, potatoes and a milkshake the order arrived missing an old wilted potato burger and the milkshake had turned into juice after waiting more than an hour! I called the site to report what happened and the attendant said the error would be fixed if two hours passed since the complaint and NOTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o local em plena pandemia de 2020 através de indicações num grupo do Facebook. Confesso que fiquei com o pé atrás. Estava enganado. Surpreendeu com a qualidade dos sanduíches. A entrega foi rápida na maioria dos pedidos que fiz. Uma ou outra vez atrasou um pouco. Teve uma vez que faltou um item também, mas logo vieram entregar. Entre um McDonald's ou bobs da vida, o Rafa lanches é muito melhor.
I got to know the place in the middle of the 2020 pandemic through indications in a Facebook group. I confess that I was taken aback. I was wrong. Surprised by the quality of the sandwiches. Delivery was fast on most orders I placed. Occasionally it's been a bit late. There was once an item was missing too, but they soon came to deliver. Between a McDonald's or bobs of life, Rafa Snacks is much better.
