★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atende muito neutra, não tem vontade de trabalhar, fala muito baixo e se irrita se pergunta o que ela falou .. péssimo atendimento, me senti oprimido por simplesmente comprar lá.. ela mexe no celular e você tem que esperar ela mexer para ser atendido… Horrível!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei mini coxinhas estragadas ! Me deram coxinhas estragadas e queimadas. Provavelmente estão queimadas por que refritaram. Quando cheguei ,estava com muita fome, comi algumas é percebi um gosto azedo, quando fui cheirar o saco que estava com as coxinhas, estava com cheiro de azedo! Morrendo de medo de passar mal!
I bought spoiled mini coxinhas! They gave me spoiled and burnt drumsticks. They're probably burnt from being fried. When I arrived, I was very hungry, I ate some and I noticed a sour taste, when I went to smell the bag that had the coxinhas, it had a sour smell! Scared to death of being sick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as funcionárias devem ganhar bem pouco e não foram bem treinadas, não fazem a menor ideia do valor de um cliente!
Não tem um mínimo de gentileza, de simpatia e não estão nem aí para atender ao cliente, o cliente que espere eu fazer tudo o que tenho que fazer, incluindo mexer no meu celular e daí vou atende-lo.
Casa suja, manutenção ruim e falta de participação das funcionárias, com exceção d uma, que foi a única prestativa.
Essa filial queima o nome da empresa com este tipo de atendimento.
Mostra que empresa também não está nem aí para o cliente. Nunca mais vou a nenhuma filial do Ragazzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagaram de maluco. Oferecem Uma promocao no ifood. De 15 mini coxinha por 1 real, que no caso era 7 reais, EU fiz mais 4 pedido de outras coisas com valores padroes. EU nao consegui aplicar um copum q EU tinha PQ ja tinha a um oferta de um real, justo. Mas aí na hora da entrega eles enviaram tudo, exceto a oferta de 1 real. Fiz a compras das outras coisas so pra aproveitar a oferta. E no final paguei o Valor cheio dos outros produtos. Nao conseguir USAR meu cupom. Eles fiz de má Fe. Eles nao responde o zap e se EU conseguir alguma coisa Vai ser so o 1 real de Volta isso se tudo Der certo. Ridiculo a attitude. É melhor nem oferecer spromocoes do que tentar enganar o cliente. VC essas artimanhas q acham q ninguem Vai perceber. O entregador foi muito gente boa. A unica coisa q salvou.
