★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj foi um dia de folga para mim eu fui junto com meu filho de 13 anos comer era nossa primeira vez lá o atendente muito mal educado nem um boa noite nus deu foi super grosso fui questionar ele me mandou fazer uma reclamação se eu não gostei do atendimento todo debochado vim embora com meu filho toda sem graça .
Today was a day off for me I went with my 13 year old son to eat it was our first time there the attendant was very rude, not even a good night naked he was super rude I went to question he sent me to make a complaint if I didn't like it service all mocking I came away with my son all embarrassed.

My experience was bad. The guy delivered my order without napkins and when I tried to take it he was treated with ignorance and impoliteness. Zero rating for the work of this terrible professional.

HORRÍVEL.
O pedido veio errado, os inhoques recheados eram recheados de massa, os molhos todos GELADOS.
As pessoas que chegaram depois de mim comeram primeiro.
Uma demora sem tamanho, pouquissimos funcionários e ainda muito mal educados.
Não recomendo péssimo, horrível.
Today I went to Ragazzo de Carapicuíba for the pasta rotation.
HORRIBLE.
The order came wrong, the stuffed gnocchi were stuffed with pasta, the sauces all COLD.
People who arrived after me ate first.
An immeasurable delay, very few employees and still very rude.
I don't recommend terrible, horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, vc pede no ifood nessas promoções relâmpago, eles mandam metade do que vc pediu e pagou, só levei prejuízo e até agora não me foi sanado o valor pago. É pura propaganda enganosa e o pior, vc não consegue falar com eles por nenhum meio, o WhatsApp do sac só tem mensagem eletrônica, o 0800 só fala que não tem atendente disponível, vc tenta procurar o ifood e o atendente do ifood via chat fala que não tem o que fazer pois o atendimento do Ragazzo é exclusivo no canal de atendimento deles. Fora as reclamações aqui do pessoal que foi pedir diretamente na loja. Parece que o pessoal que trabalha lá ou tem ma índole, ou tem ma vontade de trabalhar, poderiam dar o lugar pra quem realmente quer e precisa trabalhar. FUJAM DESSE RESTAURANTE, não vale um centavo do seu dinheiro!
I don't recommend it, you ask for ifood in these lightning promotions, they send half of what you asked for and paid for, I only took damage and so far the amount paid has not been remedied. It's pure false advertising and the worst, you can't talk to them by any means, WhatsApp do sac only has an electronic message, the 0800 only says that there's no attendant available, you try to look for ifood and the ifood attendant via chat speaks who have nothing to do because Ragazzo's service is exclusive to their service channel. Apart from the complaints here from the staff who went to ask directly at the store. It seems that the people who work there either have a good nature, or are willing to work, could give their place to those who really want and need to work. ESCAPE THIS RESTAURANT, it's not worth a penny of your money!
