Mas o porteiro adorou...haha
 I placed an order at 15:00 for ifood.
He was received at the reception at 7:30 pm, I wasn't even there anymore.
But the doorman loved it...haha

I placed the order via ifood, the order came wrong, I tried contacting via WhatsApp for over an hour and nothing, I stayed on the phone for 15 minutes and was answered by bianca who was attentive and managed to resolve it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimas coxinhas, essa coxinha desse Ragazzo como melhor em qualquer lugar. Não é Ragazzo, só tem a loja com nome Ragazzo, fria e por cima a pressa foi tanta que esqueceram de mandar a coca. Péssimo. Nunca mais. Outra coisa coxinha d calabresa azeda.
Bad drumsticks, this drumstick by this Ragazzo as the best anywhere. It's not Ragazzo, there's only the store named Ragazzo, cold and on top of that the rush was so great that they forgot to send the coke. Terrible. Never. Another thing coxinha d pepperoni.

Today I made a purchase of some mini drumsticks and it was the worst choice of my day, all with a horrible taste, it looked like they were spoiled by the bitter taste they left in the mouth. Bad experience.

Entendo que foi tarde na hora do fechamento porém e tão mais bonito falar que não tem, do que querer vender oferecer qlq coisa.
Decepcionada.
I was wondering if the staff there would offer this to anyone in their family.
I understand that it was late at the time of closing, but it's so much nicer to say that you don't have it, than to want to sell and offer anything.
Disappointed.
