Queijo ralado, embalagem apropriada, refrigerante, lasanha...cada visita um problema diferente..Sem contar nas coxinhas mergulhadas no oleo. Ja tive oportunidade de comer em outras franquias em q as mesmas eram incrivelmente sequinhas e crocantes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja fecha 20::00h ,mas cheguei 19:30h e a funcuinaria que estava no caixa informou nao ter disponivel a promocao da coxinha de R$0,99 centavos e que só tinha se fosse com preço normal de R$1,98 mesmo tendo uma placa na frente da loja indicando que estavam vendendo a promoçao. Pedi a promoçao da coxinha de 100g e tambem nao tinha ,entao pedi 1 sorvete e incrivelmente nao tinha sorvete mesmo com a maquina ligada. A funcionaria me informou que as mesmas promoçoes que pedi estavam disponiveis no shopping.
Lamentavel como continuo colecionando decepçoes com esta loja de Sao gonçalo, espero que as outras sejam mais atenciosas com seus clientes .
The store closes at 20: 00h, but I arrived at 19: 30h and the clerk who was at the cashier reported not having available the promotion of drumstick of $ 0.99 cents and had only if it was normal price of $ 1.98 even having a sign in front of the store indicating that they were selling the promotion. I asked for the promotion of the 100g drumstick and I didn't have it either, so I asked for an ice cream and incredibly had no ice cream even with the machine on. The work informed me that the same promotions that I asked were available at the mall.
Unfortunately as I continue to collect disappointments with this Sao Goncalo store, I hope the others are more considerate of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da Ragazzo Express de São Gonçalo muito inadequado, cheguei na loja já havia uma fila grande com somente uma atendente no caixa, a única estrela que dei foi para essa atendente, foi atenciosa, sorrindo, e atendeu rapido. Mas após passar no caixa fiquei uns 40 minutos marcados no relógio aguardando o meu pedido que era 20 coxinhas do sabor do dia, o que já era para ser ativado sempre na fritadeira, porém observei a cozinha e estavam fazendo os pedidos com muita lentidão, com 4 fritadeiras porém usavam e não colocavam mais para uma próxima demanda, muitas pessoas aguardando e nada da líder da unidade tomar uma atitude, ela estava preocupada com alguns materiais que tinha sido entregue e estavam na subida da escada.
Fui líder da primeira Ragazzo no RJ e não admitiria deixar os clientes aguardando sem dar um retorno ou tentar liberar os clientes do salão.
Ragazzo Express service in São Gonçalo was very inadequate, I arrived at the store, there was already a long line with only one attendant at the checkout counter, the only star I gave was to this attendant, was attentive, smiling, and answered quickly. But after going through the checkout I stayed about 40 minutes marked on the clock waiting for my order, which was 20 drumsticks of the day's flavor, which was to be always activated in the fryer, but I watched the kitchen and they were making orders very slowly, with 4 fryers however used and did not place for a next demand, many people waiting and nothing from the leader of the unit to take action, she was worried about some materials that had been delivered and were up the stairs.
I was the leader of the first Ragazzo in RJ and I would not admit leaving customers waiting without giving a return or trying to free customers from the show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre volto volto por causa das coxinhas maravilhosas , mas fico impressionado pois sempre falta algo neste restaurante não importa o dia. Coisas como ketchup e mostarda entendo que seja uma cortesia ,faltar atendentes no horário de pico ,faltar sorvetes as vezes os dois sabores sendo que entendo que a máquina nem sempre aguenta dar vazão ao movimento( entendo isso de boa) ,entretanto mesmo em dias calmos e de temperatura agradável acontece de não ter sorvete para vender ,guardanapos ,saquinho das coxinhas creio que não pode faltar.
A limpeza que vejo na cozinha parece legal pelo que vejo do balcão ,mas na área de atendimento pode melhorar assim como as mesas do salão .
Outra curiosidade é não ter o produto da promoção e mesmo assim ninguém tira o material de divulgação da promoção da frente da loja. O atendente informa na hora do registro do pedido que aquela promoção não é válida devido a falta do produto exposto na foto.
Mas termino dando os parabéns aos funcionários que sempre atenderam minhas expectativas .
Desculpem as críticas,mas gosto do restaurante e apenas aponto estes detalhes para ajudar na correção destes problemas.
I always come back because of the wonderful coxinhas, but I'm impressed because there's always something missing in this restaurant no matter what day. Things like ketchup and mustard, I understand that it is a courtesy, lack of attendants during peak hours, lack of ice cream sometimes both flavors and I understand that the machine cannot always handle the movement (I understand that for good), however even on calm days and with a pleasant temperature, it happens that there is no ice cream to sell, napkins, small bags of coxinhas, I believe that it cannot be missing.
The cleanliness I see in the kitchen seems nice from what I see from the counter, but in the service area it can improve as well as the tables in the hall.
Another curiosity is not having the promotional product and even then no one takes the promotional material from the front of the store. The attendant informs when registering the order that that promotion is not valid due to the lack of the product shown in the photo.
But I end by congratulating the employees who always met my expectations.
Sorry for the criticisms, but I like the restaurant and just point out these details to help fix these issues.

I placed an order at Ragazzo São Gonçalo 3 hours ago and didn't receive it. After several attempts I managed to get the phone answered and they hung up on me.
