★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marketing digital excepcional e carisma contagiante do empresário Railoc. Porém, experiência ruim no aluguel de uma simples lavadora de pressão. Só dispunha de um modelo, um da Makita, duas máquinas, uma 110 e outra 220. A 110 que peguei tava com problema de fixação do engate da mangueira na pistola, saia toda hora durante o uso, não rendeu o serviço, fui lá trocar e me deram a 220, que não funcionou corretamente, acredito que por causa da potência incompatível do transformador que me enviaram acompanhando ela. Enfim, deu ruim na lavadora, mas a betoneira, os andaimes e o compactador deram muito certo.
Exceptional digital marketing and contagious charisma from the Railoc entrepreneur. However, bad experience in renting a simple pressure washer. I only had one model, one by Makita, two machines, one 110 and the other 220. The 110 I got had a problem with fixing the hose coupling to the pistol, leave it all the time during use, it didn't work, I went there to change and they gave me 220, which didn't work properly, I believe because of the incompatible power of the transformer they sent me with it. Anyway, the washer went bad, but the concrete mixer, scaffolding and compactor worked very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente aluguei uma betoneira e um gerador para funciona-la com a expectativa de agilizar o trabalho, porem, foi justamente o contrario, quando fui fazer a segunda mistura com ela o gerador começou desarmar. Entrei em contato com o pessoal da loja que me colocou para conversar com um técnico que me passou algumas orientações, segui as recomendações dele mas não tive sucesso, questionei se iriam trocar o equipamento naquele momento e me foi dito que so conseguiriam trocar no dia seguinte. Obviamente que no dia seguinte não precisaria mais dos equipamentos, então solicitei que recolhessem os mesmos e mais uma vez foi dito que so seria feito no dia seguinte.
Detalhe; ja havia pago o valor referente a uma diária mais os fretes de ida e volta.
Conclusão: perdi horas e dinheiro com esses equipamentos e no final eu mesmo tive que colocar essas maquinas no meu carro e deslocar ate a loja para devolve-los, pois não pude esperar ate o outro dia para serem recolhidos.
Recently I rented a concrete mixer and a generator to run it with the expectation of speeding up the work, however, it was just the opposite, when I went to make the second mix with it the generator started to disarm. I got in touch with the store staff who put me to talk to a technician who gave me some guidelines, I followed his recommendations but I was not successful, I asked if they would change the equipment at that moment and I was told that they would only be able to change the next day . Obviously the next day I wouldn't need the equipment anymore, so I asked them to collect them and once again they were told that it would only be done the next day.
Detail; I had already paid the amount for a daily rate plus round-trip freight.
Conclusion: I lost hours and money with these equipments and in the end I had to put these machines in my car and go to the store to return them, because I couldn't wait until the next day to be collected.
