Tive dificuldade para instalar o gás, achei que o mesmo estava com deveito na rosca pois apresentava vazamento. Liguei para eles e o rapaz veio e instalou para mim.
Não tenho o que reclamar do rapaz que fez a instalação, porém no atendimento telefonico um cara que me atendeu foi meio grosso no tom de voz e isso me incomodou como cliente. Deveriam dar mais atenção quanto a esses atendimentos telefonicos.

I had difficulty installing the gas, I thought it was properly in the thread because it had a leak. I called them and the boy came and installed it for me.
I have nothing to complain about the guy who did the installation, but in the telephone service a guy who answered me was a bit thick in his tone of voice and that bothered me as a customer. They should pay more attention to these phone calls.
