★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do trabalho. Porém a tinta usada para a sobrancelha achei que ficou muito escura. Pesou no meu rosto. Também não vi muita diferença após um mês passando o serum (que foi caro). Mas a sobrancelha fica bem feita.
 I liked the work. But the ink used for the eyebrow felt very dark. It weighed on my face. I also did not see much difference after a month passing the serum (which was expensive). But the eyebrow is well made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom e a qualidade do serviço também. Só não dou 5 estrelas, pois não gosto muito que as vendedoras fiquem oferecendo produtos toda santa vez, mas faz parte do trabalho delas.
The service is good and the quality of service too. I just don't give 5 stars, because I don't really like the sellers offering products every single time, but it's part of their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço (resultado) é bom. Mas a estratégia de venda do produto é agressiva, abordagem para vender outros pacotes é agressiva. Você vai pra fazer uma sobrancelha e passa um tempo que deveria estar relaxando se justificando para as funcionárias sobre os porquês de você não querer tal produto ou fazer o buço, ou qualquer outra coisa.
Apresentem os produtos sim, mas não transformem um momento que deve ser de cuidado e relaxamento em uma loja chata que só quer vender.
The service (result) is good. But the strategy of selling the product is aggressive, approach to sell other packages is aggressive. You're going to make an eyebrow, and there's a time you ought to be relaxing, justifying to the clerks why you do not want that product or the flu, or anything else.
Present the products yes, but do not transform a moment that should be of care and relaxation in a boring store that just wants to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O design realizado é bom e o local é bem limpo e profissional, mas o preço pago pelo serviço e pelos produtos não valem o preço cobrado. Insistem muito em vender os produtos da marca e os mesmos não oferecem o efeito prometido. Compensa mais realizar apenas o design em salões comuns.
The design is good and the place is very clean and professional, but the price paid for the service and the products are not worth the price charged. They insist on selling the brand's products and they do not offer the promised effect. It pays to do more than just design in common rooms.

The eyebrows are perfect, the environment clean and organized, parking is bad, I just didn't feel comfortable because of the insistence on purchasing the store's products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O design é ótimo, mas minha reclamação é a mesma que a das outras clientes: a insistência cansativa na venda dos produtos da marca. Se a abordagem fosse menos agressiva talvez eu até considerasse melhor a compra.
The design is great, but my complaint is the same as that of the other customers: the tiresome insistence on selling the brand's products. If the approach were less aggressive, I might even consider the purchase better.
