Fiz a compra e efetue o pagamento, depois de uns dias não fizeram a entrega, liguei na rangRa, eles não sabiam nem se tinha feito pagamento mi pediram pra manda comprovante pagamento
Na entrega colocaram um poste 2 relógio sendo que meu somente 1, foi feito a troca.
Passaram uns dias e nada da cpfl ligar, entrei contado com a mesma, e mi informaram que a equipe tinha passado porém não avia poste no local.
Ou seja a rangeR poste , tinha feito pedido de ligação na CPFL antes mesmo de entrega o poste.
Vejo uma empresa sem nenhum controle interno e sem nenhum. respeito com seus clientes.

I made the purchase and make the payment, after a few days they did not make the delivery, I called rangRa, they did not even know if they had made payment mi asked to send proof of payment
In the delivery they put a post 2 clock being mine only 1, the exchange was made.
A few days passed and nothing from the cpfl to call, I entered with the same contact, and they informed me that the team had passed but there was no post on the spot.
In other words, the rangeR pole, had made a connection request at CPFL even before delivery of the pole.
I see a company with no internal control and none. respect with your customers.

Mesmo estando pré agendado, não cumpriram o combinado e a pessoa que respondeu aos meus pedidos de informação, via Whatsapp, a respeito da entrega do poste, via WhatsApp, respondeu com erros e informações totalmente imprecisas....isso é falta de concorrência.

Sempre mantiveram comunicação comigo, principalmente no dia combinado para instalação do poste, evitando que eu ficasse esperando desnecessariamente no local.
