★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz pedido pelo ifood mas como o tempo de espera está absurdo estou tentando contato pelo aplicativo e o telefone dá como inexistente. No chat não dão retorno. Tentei o 0800 na opção 5 (falar com o atendente) e NADA! Ou seja, preocupação zero em dar um feedback ao cliente. Pura decepção. Se houver alguém que se intitule o responsável por essa bagunça que repense o seu modus operandi.
Terrible attendance. I made a request for ifood but as the waiting time is absurd I'm trying to contact the app and the phone gives as non-existent. In the chat, they do not return I tried the 0800 on option 5 (talk to the attendant) and NOTHING! In other words, zero concern for giving feedback to the customer. Sheer disappointment. If there is anyone who claims to be responsible for this mess, let him rethink his modus operandi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hambúrguer maravilhoso, porém quando cheguei em casa meu pedido estava errado, sem contar com péssimo atendimento. O atendente me tratou super mal e na base do deboche, grosso, não sabe falar com as pessoas, só isso q deixou a desejar.
Wonderful burger, but when I got home my order was wrong, not to mention bad service. The attendant treated me very badly and on the basis of debauchery, rude, he doesn't know how to talk to people, that's all he left to be desired.
