★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente entrega deles e péssima, entrega deles em dia de semana mais de 1h:30, qualidade não e das melhores. Existem inumeras pizzarias com qualidade, atendimento, e entrega muito superiores. Todas as experiências que tive com eles foram frustrantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzas boas, porém a atendente parece não estar de bom humor, não preciso citar nomes que até então seria antiético da minha parte, até o motoboy foi mais educado, tirando a parte em que liguei e ficaram debochando da minha cara na ligação (vários risos). Coloquem atendentes com mais humor, porque não estamos pedindo favor, estamos pagando pra poder desfrutar do serviço de vocês, ou melhor, da pizza muito boa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para atendimento tanto pelo app e presencial é péssimo, fui com alguns conhecidos e fomos muito mal atendido, fora que pra comer no local eles não fornecem pratos e nem talheres, fora que nem se quer vão na mesa pra perguntar se precisa de alguma coisa mais, fora que todos ficaram conversando. O produto é de excelente qualidade parabéns ao pizzaiolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sr proprietário do Rappi10 Francisco Morato, estou neste exato momento em seu estabelecimento e já havia pedido em delivery e foi bem agradável.
Porém hoje 08/11/2020 trouxe minha família ao local para comer interno no estabelecimento, fomos muito mal atendidos porque ao entrar perguntamos se poderia comer no local e confirmaram que sim, porém ao ficar na mesa por 12 minutos, nenhuma das 3 atendentes do balcão nos atenderam, lembrando que avistei e posso confirmar que às 3 estavam fora do telefone, whatsapp e qualquer outro sistema, estavam conversando entre si.
Pela mesa perguntei se alguém poderia nos atender e arrogantemente a primeira atendente ao lado do freezer informou que não, teríamos que levantar e fazer o pedido em balcão
Após ter realizado o pedido e estar aguardando na mesa, ninguém nos entregou a pizza, não tivemos nenhum atendente para oferecer uma comodidade apenas uma moça da cozinha gritando pelo nome.
Por favor corrijam isso, vocês perderam um cliente que havia gostado e trouxe toda sua família para desfrutar de uma recomendação
Seus funcionários são muito mal educados e despreparados, faça novas contratações, funcionário ruim temos que substituir.
Outra observação é os motoqueiros, eles devem ter um local para colocar as motos, todos colocam de forma aleatória entre os carros e isso é ruim para nós clientes, tão desagradável que tive que perdir pata remover
Estou publicando para que seja corrigido, espero que haja um treinamento para estes funcionários despreparados e que consigam contratar pelo menos 1 atendente para as mesas, isso seria o correto de todos os estabelecimento.

After placing the order and waiting at the table, nobody delivered the pizza to us, we had no attendant to offer a convenience just a kitchen girl screaming by name.
Please correct this, you lost a customer you liked and brought your whole family to enjoy a recommendation
Your employees are very rude and unprepared, make new hires, bad employee we have to replace.
Another observation is the bikers, they must have a place to put the bikes, everyone puts them randomly between cars and this is bad for us customers, so unpleasant that I had to lose to remove
I am publishing to be corrected, I hope that there will be training for these unprepared employees and that they will be able to hire at least 1 attendant for the tables, that would be correct for all establishments.

Pedi uma pizza para entrega demorou mais que o esperado, liguei para saber e atendente não esta nem aí com o próprio emprego , fez pouco caso .
Cancelei o pedido porque de rap 10 não tem nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz pedido pelo próprio app deles, simplesmente não entregaram, não atenderam o telefone, fiz uma reclamações no direct do Instagram e também não responderam, ou seja, não tem comprometimento nenhum com o cliente final, a nota baixíssima na opinião geral é justíssima. Uma vergonha.
