★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet até que quando pega é boa... Mas não possui assistência todos os dias.. 24h.. e em 6 meses que tenho já tive problemas de queda de conexão por 3 vezes.. e passa bastante tempo sem.. e quando cai no domingo tem que esperar até a segunda pra ajeitar!!
The internet is good when you get it ... But there is no assistance every day .. 24h .. and in the 6 months that I have I have had problems with dropping connection 3 times .. and it goes on for a long time without .. and when falls on Sunday have to wait until Monday to fix !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro mês a Internet era ótima, depois de dois ou três meses ficou lenta e o suporte não soluciona o problema, apesar das incontáveis reclamações. Chamo atenção ainda para o roteador de baixo alcance, nos quartos o sinal chega fraco e não carrega quase nada. Não recomendo esta internet.
In the first month the internet was great, after two or three months was slow and the support does not solve the problem, despite countless complaints. I draw attention also to the low range of the router, in the rooms the signal gets weak and does not carry almost anything. I do not recommend this internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Desde o primeiro mes que instalei que tenho reclamações com a pessima qualidade do serviço. Não vejo a hora de fazer um ano de contrato para poder cancelar.!!!! Nesse exato momento 14/06/2020 as 19h12 ja faz mais de 2h que estou sem internet em casa e sequer tem um suporte. NÃO INDICO A NINGUEM. PELO CONTRARIO, DIGO DE CARA: ESSA NÃO CONTRATEM.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, esperando terminar meu contrato, pq infelizmente fiz de um ano com fidelidade e coloquei no cartão de crédito, mas não recomendo, cai muito e detalhe, não tem suport nos finais de semana, nunca vi isso na minha vida, a minha caiu novamente hoje,sábado, tenho que esperar até segunda, falai na zap, nem respondem. Aliás nem vizualizam. Pense num arrependimento.
