★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local mal sinalizado. Não parece com uma loja de atendimento, lembra mais uma fábrica. Os ambientes parecem que funcionam naquele local de forma improvisada. O atendimento também não é dos melhores. O lado bom foi demorar pouco mais de 15 minutos para ser atendido, talvez porque eu só tenha ído pra fazer a troca de um controle da TV
 Location poorly signposted. It does not look like an answering shop, it reminds one more of a factory. The environments seem to work in that place improvised. The service is also not the best. On the good side it was only a little over 15 minutes to be answered, maybe because I only went in to change a TV control

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço prestado é melhor que a concorrência, especialmente a Internet. Porém, além de ser o mais caro, é cheio de práticas abusivas como cobrança ilegal de ponto extra, venda casada, e falta clareza com o consumidor a respeito dos planos. É quase impossível saber ao certo pelo que se está pagando em virtude da confusão entre valores de internet, tv e telefonia (esta última ainda persiste inclusive na cobrança de franquia, ou seja, vc paga por algo que não usa). Nem mesmo os vendedores, a maioria autorizados (via terceirização ilícita, só agora regulamentada depois de anos) sabem precisar o que é o que. Por fim, os valores são reajustados ao bel prazer da companhia, configurando excesso de onerosidade. Não à toa se restringe aos bairros mais afluentes. Uma família comum simplesmente não pode arcar com uma despesa dessa monta. Em suma, o melhor serviço e a pior política de precificação e mercado perfazem um todo mediano.
The service provided is better than the competition, especially the Internet. However, in addition to being the most expensive, it is full of abusive practices such as illegal collection of extra points, married sales, and lack of clarity with the consumer regarding the plans. It is almost impossible to know for sure what you are paying due to the confusion between values of internet, tv and telephony (the latter still persists even in the collection of deductibles, that is, you pay for something you do not use). Not even the salespeople, the majority of whom are authorized (via illicit outsourcing, only now regulated after years) do not know what is what. Finally, the values are readjusted at the company's pleasure, setting an excess of cost. No wonder it is restricted to the most affluent neighborhoods. An ordinary family simply cannot afford such an expense. In short, the best service and the worst pricing and market policy make up an average whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na Sede eh mto bom. Porem o q nao satisfaz eh o Servico, o sinal de TV eh pessimo. De Outubro 2016 ateh agora ja chamei a assistencia dezenas de vezes. Is tecnicos comparecem mas nao resolvem o problema. Tem uns q deixa ateh pior do 1 estava como esse ultimo q veio nesta ultima quinta feira(05/01/2017). Eh desgastante receber visitas tecnicas c frequencia e cada vez aparece um tecnico diferente. Ta sendo um problema ter TV A CABO PELA NET. Ahhhh...muito errado tb q a Net pratica eh a assinatura de Combo em q somos obrigadas a pagar por Telefone qdo nao existe sequer instalacao em casa... NAO DEVIAMOS PAGAR POR UM SERVICO Q NAO UTILIZAMOS!
The service at Headquarters is very good. However what does not satisfy is the Service, the TV signal is terrible. From October 2016 until now I already called the assistance dozens of times. Technicians attend but do not solve the problem. There are some that let even worse than 1 was like this last one that came this last Thursday (05/01/2017). It is exhausting to receive technical visits and frequency, and each time a different technician appears. It's been a problem to have CABLE TV BY NET. Ahhhh ... very wrong because the Net practice is the Combo subscription where we are required to pay by Phone when there is not even a home installation ... WE MUST NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE Q WE DO NOT USE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje é a pior empresa de serviços de telecomunicações e TV a cabo, não cumprem o que prometem, mentem para o cliente, é a pior banda larga disponível, se quiser arrumar problemas é só contratar Net e princse a Claro telefonia móvel vier no pacote, você nunca mais vai ter sossego. Estou cancelando meu plano depois de 8 anos como cliente e nos 2 últimos anos só tive problemas. Não cancelei antes por falta de opção na minha área que era Net ou Oi, uma ruim outra pior. Mas agora já tenho 2 novas opções e vou cancelar o mais rápido possível.
Today is the worst telecommunication and cable TV company, they don't live up to their promise, they lie to the customer, it's the worst broadband available, if you want to fix problems just hire Net and princse Claro mobile phone comes in the package, You will never have peace. I am canceling my plan after 8 years as a customer and in the last 2 years I just had problems. I didn't cancel before due to lack of options in my area, which was Net or Oi, a bad one worse. But now I have 2 new options and I will cancel as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz apenas um mês que estou usando a net exaramente dia 15 De maio de 2020, ja me arrependi absolutamente, e não recomendo a ninguém, infelizmente o predio aqui não pega outra , onde eu usava , porque estou detestando a tv só programações sem futuros, esportes, canais jornalisticos inglês sem interesse algum, inter net que cai toda Hora, num valor de 150 para não ter nada que preste, e os contatoa nenhum resolvem por telefone, e ainda mais os técnicos fizeram um baraco tremendo na parede que furaram 2 vezes, e olhando hoje dia 03 de junho 2020, n9 contrato eles mesmo respondem os questionários do cliente.
I’ve only been using the net for a month on the 15th of May 2020, I’ve absolutely regretted it, and I don’t recommend it to anyone, unfortunately the building here doesn’t take another one, where I used it, because I only hate programs with no futures, sports, English news channels with no interest whatsoever, internet that falls all the time, worth 150 to have nothing to pay for, and no contacts solve them by phone, and even more the technicians made a tremendous shack on the wall that they drilled 2 times , and looking at today 03 June 2020, n9 contract they themselves answer the customer's questionnaires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era a melhor empresa de internet da Paraíba nos Tempos Big Tv e um curto período Net após a aquisição da ( CLARO ) a qualidade caiu muito...o serviço foi terceirizado, a concorrência já superou e presta um serviço melhor.
It was the best internet company in Paraíba in the Big TV Times and a short period after the acquisition of (CLARO) the quality dropped a lot ... the service was outsourced, the competition has outgrown it and provides a better service.
