Além de não cumprir com os horários nos terminais rodoviários, possui um péssimo atendimento ao cliente, não atendendo nenhum dos telefones de contato disponíveis. Os ônibus também apresentam certos problemas: wifi na maioria das vezes não funciona, ar condicionado individual em algumas das vezes também não funciona, além do preço extremamente alto cobrado nas passagens(especialmente a linha Santos - Serra Negra)
 Poor service and care! In addition to not complying with the hours at the bus terminals, has poor customer service, not answering any of the contact phones available. Buses also have certain problems: wifi often does not work, individual air conditioning sometimes does not work, besides the extremely high price charged on tickets (especially the Santos - Serra Negra line)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui agradecer atenção do motorista Sr.Gilberto, viagem que fiz junto com minha sobrinha Gabriela e amiga Lorrayne saindo da Rodoviária de Santos 12/11 com destino a Lindóia. Chegamos muito tarde devido fluxo veículos do feriado. Muito gentil em nos deixar em frente a Pousada, sendo caminho de rota para Água de Lindóia. Chegamos na cidade as 01:30 da manhã e ele foi muito gentil e nos deixou na porta da pousada que ficamos, já que estava na rota do ônibus. Que Deus te abençoe enormemente, Sr. Gilberto! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei no ônibus na Rodoviária de Jundiaí com destino Santos ontem (12/12/21) às 19h40. Ônibus atrasado como sempre, porém cheio de mini BARATAS. Vimos apenas pois uma subiu no braço da minha prima, após isso ligamos a lanterna do celular e pudemos observar varias nos cantos do ônibus (inclusive estava sujo de comida lá dentro, acredito que por isso estava com baratas). Falta de higiene total!!!! Tivemos que mudar de lugar, ir para o fundo onde não vimos as baratas e mesmo assim uma viagem de 2h30 com elas lá dentro não tem como ficar tranquila.
I got on the bus at Rodoviária de Jundiaí with destination Santos yesterday (12/12/21) at 19:40. Bus late as usual, but full of mini CHEAPERS. We only saw it because one climbed on my cousin's arm, after that we turned on the cell phone's flashlight and we could see several in the corners of the bus (it was even dirty with food inside, I believe that's why there were cockroaches). Total lack of hygiene!!!! We had to change places, go to the back where we didn't see the cockroaches and even so a 2h30 trip with them inside cannot be calm.
