★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento pelo whatsapp. Lanches vem errados, mesmo estando escritos. Quando ligamos para reclamar só se desculpam. Não mudam. Chegaram a bloquear meu celular depois que reclamei.
Very poor service by whatsapp. Snacks come wrong, even when written. When we call to complain, just apologize. They do not change. They even blocked my cell phone after I complained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é ótimo, porém sempre demora muito, muito, muitooooooooo. O tempo que a Raro’s ja tem de mercado já poderia a muito tempo ter melhorado nisso, sabendo que abrange diversas áreas e vende um lanche bom, com muitos pedidos. É inviável pedir um lanche e receber depôs de 1 hora e 40 minutos.
The snack is great, but it always takes a long, long, long time. The time that Raro’s already has in the market could have improved a long time ago, knowing that it covers several areas and sells a good snack, with many orders. It is not feasible to order a snack and receive deposits of 1 hour and 40 minutes.
