As profissionais do salão são excelentes, dos produtos e também os equipamentos, tem café e água mineral para os clientes.
Mas agora vamos ao lado negativo, no primeiro momento, já percebi que não tem área de nenhuma operadora na região por isso ela te oferece a senha do wi-fi assim que vc chega.
Eu estava como acompanhante da minha esposa, e fui convidado a me retirar da loja pois não era permitido acompanhante dentro da loja. Sem problemas até por conta da questão da pandemia no entanto, lá fora você fica extremamente exposto. Exemplo tem algumas pessoas pedintes e também o salão fica localizado entre duas ou três bocas... A todo instante passava traficante armados de moto, e em alguns os olheiros ficavam nas esquinas das ruas vigiando com fuzis .50 á menos de 20 metros de distância do salão.
Além de que o Uber e nem táxi entram ali pra te deixar, vc precisa ir de moto táxi e nem todos aceitam.... Em resumo o salão fica em uma região muito desagradável mas ainda sim tive que permanecer fora do salão por 3 horas vendo traficantes armados com fuzis.
Pra encerrar o banheiro do salão tem menos de 6 metros quadrados, além de que a porta tem vidros transparente que te deixam constrangido de usar pois as pessoas lá foram conseguem te ver.
A educação e o atendimento excelente infelizmente não são o suficiente para me fazer voltar ao salão, pois a localização é muito rudimentar e se você tiver alguém te acompanhado elas vão botar seu acompanhante pro lado de fora, sem falar que o preço tem acréscimo de 10 reais no cartão, coisa que não deixam claro no momento da reserva.
Em fim muito marketing positivo nas redes sociais gerou essa espectativa muito alta em nós para o salão e o preço é bem alto também, esperávamos um salão maior e melhor e um localização menos desagradável, visando o alto preço e a propaganda no Instagram... Não se iludam.

I was accompanying my wife, and I was asked to leave the store as an escort was not allowed inside the store. No problems even because of the pandemic issue, however, you are extremely exposed abroad. For example, there are some beggars and also the hall is located between two or three mouths... At all times, drug dealers armed with motorcycles passed by, and in some the scouts were on street corners watching with .50 rifles at less than 20 meters away from the salon.
In addition to the fact that Uber and not a taxi come in there to drop you off, you need to take a motorcycle taxi and not everyone accepts... In summary, the salon is in a very unpleasant region but I still had to stay out of the salon for 3 hours seeing drug dealers armed with rifles.
To close the hall bathroom is less than 6 square meters, and the door has transparent glass that makes you uncomfortable to use because people who went there can see you.
The education and the excellent service are unfortunately not enough to make me go back to the salon, as the location is very rudimentary and if you have someone with you they will put your companion outside, not to mention that the price has an extra 10 reais on the card, which is not clear at the time of booking.
In the end, a lot of positive marketing on social media generated this very high expectation for us for the salon and the price is very high too, we expected a bigger and better salon and a less unpleasant location, aiming at the high price and advertising on Instagram... Make no mistake.
