O preço do corte está exposto na entrada da loja (R$ 85,00 no Shopping Nova América) mas ao pagar você é cobrado pelo preço do cabeleireiro que te atendeu (não mencionam isso em lugar nenhum). No meu caso, o corte ficou R$15,00 mais caro, ferindo o código de defesa do consumidor.
The cut was great, nothing to complain about. But I didn't like the tying that happens. The price of the cut is displayed at the entrance of the store (R$ 85.00 at Shopping Nova América) but when you pay you are charged the price of the hairdresser who attended you (they don't mention this anywhere). In my case, the cut was R$15.00 more expensive, violating the consumer protection code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fique esperto caso opte a fazer qualquer coisa neste estabelecimento. Fui cortar meu cabelo (R$85,00), deixando claro a todo momento que só queria corte. Em um dado momento, o cabeleleiro parou dando indícios que já havia terminado. Falei q ainda queria um pouco menor, e ele disse q iria só finalizar para poder continuar cortando. Ok. Tal foi a surpresa quando fui pagar e me cobraram R$172,00. Questionei o valor, quando a recepcionista me afirmou me era o preço de escova + corte, afinal meu cabelo havia sido "finalizado". Questionei novamente o valor, por ter sido algo que em momento nenhum pedi pra ser feito, e fui totalmente ignorada. Fiz uma reclamação no reclame aqui e vi que tinha várias reclamações parecidas com a minha e percebi que isso é um hábito deles. Se for, fique atento, mas eu não piso nunca mais!
Be smart if you choose to do anything at this establishment. I went to get my hair cut (R$85.00), making it clear at all times that I just wanted a cut. At one point, the hairdresser stopped, indicating that he had already finished. I said I still wanted a little smaller, and he said he would just finish it so he could continue cutting. Ok. Such was the surprise when I went to pay and they charged me R$172.00. I questioned the value, when the receptionist told me it was the price of the brush + cut, after all my hair had been "finished". I questioned the value again, as it was something I never asked to be done, and I was totally ignored. I made a complaint in the advertisement here and saw that I had several complaints similar to mine and I realized that this is a habit of theirs. If so, stay tuned, but I won't step on again!

Beautiful lounge, well equipped, spacious, complimentary water, coffee and cookies. Friendly and skilled professionals. For haircuts I suggest Carlos. The salon also has aesthetic procedures. Prices are in line with salons with a reputed minimum.
