★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha impressora ficou com eles 5 meses não foi resolvido o problema, e gostaria de relatar ainda a minha completa repulsa sobre a atitude da autorizada RB Comércio e serviços de informática Eireli nome fantasia RB Soluções, com a impressora apresentando novamente problema e agora fazendo barulho que não fazia e agarrando a mangueira do sistema de impressão, antes de entrar em contato com o suporte técnico da EPSON novamente para estar levando em outra autorizada que não fosse a RB Soluções, me deparei com uma rachadura que não havia na impressora, resolvi dar uma olhada mais minuciosa, e vi que essa impressora não era a minha, eles tiveram a coragem de tirar a etiqueta de identificação da minha impressora e colar encima da etiqueta de outra impressora do mesmo modelo, e me mandaram, uma impressora que não sei nem a procedência e quanto tempo de uso ela tinha, canalhas!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento um pouco no padrão robô,isso me irrita, tipo, com chip programado na cabeça, atendentes discutem com clientes. Mas na parte de oficina eles são muito bons no que fazem. Na primeira vez consertaram o equipamento, não demorou duas semanas e voltou para reparo ,já na segunda coloquei no dia 12/12/19 e até hoje dia 28 não me mandaram o e-mail ou ligaram.
Service a little on the standard robot, it pisses me off, like, with chip programmed in the head, attendants argue with customers. But in the workshop part they are very good at what they do. The first time they fixed the equipment, it did not take two weeks and came back for repair, the second time I put it on 12/12/19 and until today the 28th did not send me the email or called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa está longe de respeitar os clientes. Até para retirar um equipamento querem que marque hora. Caso contrário não entregam o respectivo equipamento. Já reclamei junto ao fabricante da impressora sobre tal procedimento. Minha empresa não será mais cliente deles e não os indicarei para ninguém.

This company is far from respecting customers. Even to remove a piece of equipment, they want you to make an appointment. Otherwise, they do not deliver their equipment. I have already complained to the printer manufacturer about this procedure. My company will no longer be their customer and I will not refer them to anyone.
