★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um elevador com a RBA em 2017 e na epoca explicaram w ainda nao tinham técnicos na minha região mas q ja iriam fazer contatos para conseguir. Em msio de 2021 a empresa ainda nao tem nenhum técnico na minha região para dar suporte técnico e quando solicitei orçamento para colocar senha no sistema do nosso elevador querem vender um monte de voisas junto que eu nao necessito e enviar a equipe técnica deles de São Paulo, ou seja eu teria que comprar coisas q eu não preciso e nem quero e ainda pagar o deslocamento dos técnicos. Tudo isso encarece mais o produto. Pedi a um técnico local para ver com a RBA somente o sistema da senha e explicar que ele faria o trabalho e simplesmente a pessoa q atendeu o meu técnico falou q eu ja sabia como funciona e os valores e desligou na cara do meu técnico. Ou seja eles nao tem o menor interesse em sequer conversar com um técnico local e preparar ele para trabalhar com eles. Nao recomendo para ninguém se nao tiver equipe técnica na cidade onde vao instalar o elevador. Péssimo atendimento pos compra.
I bought an elevator with RBA in 2017 and at the time they explained that they still didn't have technicians in my region but that they would already make contacts to get it. At the beginning of 2021 the company still doesn't have any technicians in my region to provide technical support and when I asked for a quote to put a password on our elevator system, they want to sell a lot of voices together that I don't need and send their technical team from São Paulo In other words, I would have to buy things that I do not need or want and still pay for the technicians' displacement. All of this makes the product more expensive. I asked a local technician to see with the RBA only the password system and explain that he would do the work and simply the person who attended my technician said that I already knew how it works and the values and hung up on my technician. In other words, they have no interest in even talking to a local technician and preparing him to work with them. I do not recommend it to anyone if there is no technical team in the city where they will install the elevator. Lousy post-purchase service.
