★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive até agora vários problemas, para um técnico vir até o local você tem que implorar. Para iniciar a instalação... também implorar. Antes de funcionar o equipamento o técnico instalou errado e o cabo de aço raspava em suporte de aço (tem foto) e logicamente iria romper com o uso... para reparar isso... foi duro. Por último tive que escutar do técnico "se eu achava que elevador é pastel de feira"... ai é o fim do respeito!!! Isso porque solicito só o que me é de direito. Se alguém tiver interesse em adquirir um equipamento desses da Technos Elevadores... convido a pensar direito.
I have had so many problems so far, for a technician to come to the site you have to beg. To start the installation ... also beg. Before the equipment worked the technician installed it wrong and the wire rope scraped on steel support (has photo) and logically would break with use ... to repair it ... it was hard. Lastly I had to listen to the coach "if I thought that the elevator is pastel pastel" ... there is the end of respect !!! That's because I only ask what is right for me. If anyone is interested in purchasing such equipment from Technos Elevadores ... I invite you to think straight.
