★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Experiência. Não recomendo a ninguém principalmente no tocante a locação. Não há transparência e você fica totalmente refem quando há garantia no contrato de locação. Nota 0 para funcionários e proprietário.
Bad Experience. I don't recommend it to anyone especially when it comes to renting. There is no transparency and you are totally hostage when there is a guarantee in the lease. Note 0 for employees and owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo . Não aluguem nesta imobiliária ,mesmo vc sendo correto e honesto ,eles te cobram o que não fizeram e ainda tiram o seu coro. Se puderem te prejudicar, é o que irão fazer. Se não quiserem estresse e dor de cabeça na hora da entrega ,, FUJAM desta imobiliáriana.
Terrible . Do not rent in this real estate, even if you are correct and honest, they charge you for what you did not do and still take away your chorus. If they can harm you, that's what they'll do. If you don't want stress and headaches at the time of delivery ,, RUN AWAY from this real estate agency.

Agem de má fé! Cobram indevidamente via email! A vistoria na entrada do imóvel foi feita superficialmente, entregaram o imóvel sem luz, com torneiras quebradas, com paredes pintadas porcamente, com adesivos colados, tomadas quebradas, mas na entrega do imóvel detalham tudo nos mínimos detalhes e te obrigam a pagar através da capitalização dada como garantia. Respaldo zero! Profissionalismo zero! Ética zero!
Se você não quer ter problemas, jamais procure essa imobiliária.

They act in bad faith! They charge improperly via email! The inspection at the entrance of the property was carried out superficially, they delivered the property without light, with broken faucets, with poorly painted walls, with glued stickers, broken sockets, but on delivery of the property they detail everything in the smallest details and force you to pay through capitalization given as a guarantee. Zero backing! Zero professionalism! Zero ethics!
If you don't want to have problems, never look for this realtor.
