★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi um anúncio dessa imobiliária no Imóvel Web, me interessei por um galpão, entrei em contato com a imobiliária e me disseram que o anúncio se refere a outro endereço e outro valor completamente diferentes. PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA, não dá para confiar nessa imobiliária!

O inquilino não tem suporte nenhum.
Quando você vai alugar um imóvel com esta imobiliária, o atendimento é muito bom, mas depois, se você precisar de algum suporte, vão sempre colocar o proprietário do imóvel em primeiro lugar.
Sua solicitação não vai ser atendida.
E o pior de tudo, se você não estiver com o prazo cumprido do contrato, vai ter que pagar a multa.
Deixei um "rim", uma parte do "fígado" e um "pulmão" para sair de um imóvel que estava com um dos dormitórios insalubre.
Fui obrigada a pagar a multa de rescisão, mesmo tendo provas que eu não saí do imóvel por vontade minha, mas sim, pelos diversos vazamentos e mofo que estão no dormitório.
E pasmem, o proprietário foi ressarcido pelo problema causado, e mesmo assim , recusou -se a solucionar o problema.
Esta imobiliária não se importou nem um pouco em solucionar este problema.
Para eles, o mais importante é não perder o "cliente proprietáriao".
O inquilino que se "vire".
É excelente para tratar com o proprietário.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, JAMAIS FAÇAM NEGÓCIO COM ELES. Na hora de fechar um imóvel e mil maravilhas, porém na hora de cumprir o combinado eles não cumprem. Tinha um valor preso com eles a dois anos , de um imóvel, na hora de devolver não devolveram o valor correto. Só um jogando problema pro outro. Por isso repito, se querem fazer negócio, façam com o concorrente, deem valor ao seu bem estar e dinheiro.
