Não se compara ao lixo com quem tentei serviço anteriormente, o péssimo Boliva, que quase roubou minha máquina de lavar roupas, só devolveu sob ameaças, mas mesmo assim devolveu faltando peças. Depois desse problema todo a RC conseguiu repôr as peças faltantes e consertar a máquina, de modo que está funcionando perfeitamente.
Service and professionalism. It doesn't compare to the garbage I tried to work with before, the terrible Boliva, who almost stole my washing machine, only returned it under threats, but still returned it missing parts. After this problem the whole RC was able to replace the missing parts and fix the machine so that it is working perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo, foi pedido pra fazer uma visita técnica e verificar um refrigerador, porém o mesmo informou que ficaria entre 1200 e 1600 o reparo. Dando a entender que não compensaria o reparo. Após a compra de outro refrigerador (óbvio que não da mesma marca) o reparo ficou em 600 reais com garantia de um ano.
A má fé desses representantes ou pura preguiça de não querer trabalhar fez com que eu tivesse 2 refrigeradores, um na cozinha e outro na garagem.
Rubbish, he was asked to make a technical visit and check a refrigerator, but he informed that the repair would be between 1200 and 1600. Hinting that it would not compensate for the repair. After the purchase of another refrigerator (obviously not from the same brand) the repair was 600 reais with a one-year warranty.
The bad faith of these representatives or sheer laziness of not wanting to work meant that I had 2 refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in the garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prática abusiva ao morador rural por cobrar o dobro do valor da visita técnica simplesmente por morar na área rural e o técnico, no meu caso, ter que andar 100 m por uma estrada de terra.
Abusive practice to the rural dweller for charging double the value of the technical visit simply for living in the rural area and the technician, in my case, having to walk 100 m on a dirt road.
