★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um serviço em meu ar-condicionado e fizeram uma má instalação do dreno, o que alagou o piso do passageiro na frente e atrás. Achei que o alagamento era decorrente das chuvas e procurei um lava-jato especializado, onde foi constatada a má instalação do dreno do ar-condicionado. Enfim, vou gastar R$ 140,00. O Sr. Ricardo, gerente, se omitiu em me ressarcir, dizendo que deveria ter levado o carro lá. Porém o problema foi constatado após o serviço do lava-a-jato, o que teve custo, é claro. Fica aqui meu desabafo e meu alerta às pessoas que pretendem levar seu carro lá.
I did a service on my air conditioning and they did a bad drain installation, which flooded the front and rear passenger floor. I thought that the flooding was due to the rains and I looked for a specialized car wash, where it was found the poor installation of the air conditioning drain. Anyway, I will spend R $ 140.00. Mr. Ricardo, manager, failed to reimburse me, saying he should have taken the car there. However, the problem was found after the car wash service, which cost, of course. Here is my outburst and my alert to people who intend to take their car there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO, tranbiqueiros, levei o carro lá, disseram q fizeram o serviço, cobraram, paguei, sai com o carro com o mesmo problema, voltei lá e disseram q era outra coisa, depois q paguei fui muito mal recebido. o mecênico extremamente mal educado, parecia q ele q era o cliente. ou seja, paguei por uma peça cara, nao trocaram, e pedi a velha peça pra confirma e eles disseram q tinham jogado fora. Resumo, enganadores, tranbiqueiros, ladrões.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! A pessoa que se diz técnico, mexeu na parte elétrica do meu carro informando que a falha no ar-condicionado seria devido a questões elétricas. Virou e revirou diversas vezes as partes elétricas e disse que seria o relé que estava queimado. Testou com outro que segundo o mecânico seria para veículo Pálio e também não funcionou. Deixou fora esse item e não conseguiu resolver o problema. Faltou experiência técnica e conhecimento sobre o assunto. Não tem material aquedado para manusear carro!
Infelizmente, péssima experiência que tive com esse estabelecimento que se identifica como especialista em Ar-condicionado automotivo. Pode ser bom em outro segmento, esse não.
Parece serviço de fundo de quintal, sendo mais sincero!!!
Terrible! The person who calls himself a technician, messed with the electrical part of my car stating that the air conditioning failure would be due to electrical issues. He turned and turned the electrical parts several times and said it would be the relay that was blown. Tested with another that according to the mechanic would be for a Palio vehicle and it didn't work either. Left this item out and failed to resolve the issue. Technical experience and knowledge on the subject were lacking. There is no heated material to handle the car!
Unfortunately, bad experience I had with this establishment that identifies itself as a specialist in automotive air conditioning. It may be good in another segment, not this one.
It looks like backyard service, to be more honest!!!
