★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , comprei o carro falaram que tinha sido feito revisão mas nem consegui chegar com carro em casa , tive manda pro mecânico refazer cabeçote e parte de arrefecimento pois este tudo danificado , fora que paguei 960 pra fazer a transferência e até agora não fizeram fiz compra em janeiro ! Não recomendo ! Total falta de consideração para consumidor !
Poor service, I bought the car they said it had been overhauled but I couldn't even get a car home, I had the mechanic do a redone and a cooling part because this was all damaged, except that I paid 960 to make the transfer and so far they didn't do it. purchase in January! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um agile nesta loja, toda a parte de documentação e revisão foram feitas normalmente, tive que levar mais duas vezes neles, uma por problema no catalisador e em buchas e outra por problema com a mangueira do radiador, mas o vendedor Leonardo sempre foi atencioso e não tive problema nenhum com a garantia deles, sei que se precisar de novo serei muito bem atendido.
I bought an agile at this store, all the documentation and revisions were done normally, I had to take them twice more, once because of a problem with the catalyst and bushings and another because of a problem with the radiator hose, but Leonardo was always attentive and I had no problem with their warranty, I know that if I need it again I will be very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém. Tive inúmeros problemas com meu carro no prazo de garantia e não deram nenhum respaldo. No painel do carro comprado foi desabilitado algumas funções para que não aparecessem os problemas. Essa resposta padrão de que as manutenções sao feitas em oficiais especializadas é "conversa pra boi dormir". Somente vieram me procurar quando acionei a justiça. Obs.: Apenas compartilhando a minha experiência

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Dia 15.06.2021 realizei a compra de um veiculo com a loja, na data da entrega 21.06.2021, o veiculo foi me entregue desalinhado, sem balanceamento, avarias na pintura, para-choque e farol lado do motorista desencaixado. Questionei vendedor Leonardo o mesmo sobre as observações, o mesmo me informa caso o para-choque CAISSE era para eu retornar a loja para solução do problema ( irônico, mas essa foi a resposta do vendedor Leonardo, ESPERAR O PARA-CHOQUE CAIR). No percurso para casa, o veiculo apresentou barulhos na suspensão, freio e roda, e após 2 dias retirado da loja a correia também apresentou problemas. Acionei a loja que solicitou que eu retornasse com veiculo para verificar os problemas, o veiculo foi me devolvido uma semana depois novamente desalinhado, sem balanceamento, farol desencaixado, em alguns problemas citados resolvidos. Após alguns dias o veiculo voltou apresentar os mesmos barulhos nas rodas, freios e problemas na direção. Entrei em contato com a loja, inclusive com o gerente que não teve acordo e o mesmo informa que só irá se posicionar após a abertura de reclamação no PROCON. Hoje o veiculo se encontra encostado em uma garagem sem condições de uso, não foi possível nem levar para a troca da placa. O VEICULO SE ENCONTRA DENTRO DO PRAZO DE GARANTIA PELA LOJA, mas ate o momento o problema do veiculo não foi solucionado.
On 06.15.2021 I made the purchase of a vehicle with the store, on the delivery date 06.21.2021, the vehicle was delivered to me misaligned, without balance, damage to the paintwork, bumper and headlight on the driver's side disengaged. I asked Leonardo the same seller about the observations, he informs me if the bumper CAISSE was for me to return to the store to solve the problem (ironic, but that was Leonardo's answer, WAIT FOR THE BUMPER TO FALL). On the way home, the vehicle made noises in the suspension, brake and wheel, and after 2 days removed from the store, the belt also presented problems. I called the store that asked me to return with the vehicle to check the problems, the vehicle was returned to me a week later again misaligned, unbalanced, headlamp off, in some problems mentioned resolved. After a few days the vehicle came back with the same noises on the wheels, brakes and steering problems. I contacted the store, including the manager who did not have an agreement, and he informs that he will only take a stand after opening a complaint in PROCON. Today the vehicle is leaning against an unusable garage, it was not even possible to take it to change the license plate. THE VEHICLE IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD BY THE STORE, but so far the problem of the vehicle has not been solved.
