★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o serviço , levei pro mecânico instalar no carro , mecânico instalou , o serviço feito estava com vazamento. Voltei no dia seguinte para refazer , ao invés de ser feito com prioridade pois era erro deles , esperei quase 2 horas pra resolverem meu problema. Uma falta de consideração com o cliente.
I did the job, took it to the mechanic to install it in the car, the mechanic installed it, the work done was leaking. I came back the next day to redo it, instead of being done with priority because it was their mistake, I waited almost 2 hours to solve my problem. A lack of consideration for the customer.

Miguel foi o que me atendeu primeiro, profissional, passando passo a passo do que ia fazer, em nenhum momento ficou condenando nada de primeira, disse que ia examinar na minha frente todas as peças que porventura seriam trocadas. Fui convidado a presenciar a abertura do compressor e vi todo o processo com o Fabrício ( Mohamed). No fim o rapaz que tem o cabelo cheio de ? remontou o carro e o Michael e a Michely me passaram a fatura com a garantia combinada. Equipe FANTÁSTICA. Obrigado por ter tido essa experiência que hoje em dia a gente fica impressionado com honestidade que deveria ser natural no ser humano.

HONEST. It's a rarity nowadays. 6 stars for this team is not enough. Miguel was the one who attended me first, professionally, going through step by step what he was going to do, he never condemned anything first, he said he was going to examine in front of me all the pieces that might be exchanged. I was invited to witness the opening of the compressor and saw the entire process with Fabrício (Mohamed). In the end the guy with the hair full of ? reassembled the car and Michael and Michely gave me the invoice with the combined warranty. FANTASTIC team. Thank you for having this experience that nowadays we are impressed with honesty that should be natural in human beings.
It cost. What an incredible start to the year with that kind of attitude.
