Fui informado por um funcionário da rodoviária de cruz das almas que o objeto postado no dia 22/09/21 chegaria nesse mesmo dia as 15h00, ao ligar para empresa que por sinal fui tratado com descaso total pela atendente, que ficou por quase 10 minutos em conversa paralela com outras atendentes, a mesma me informou que o objeto postado estaria disponível para retirada dia 23, chegando eu dia 23/09/21 na rodoviária fui atendido por um senhor que de forma indiferente falou pra mim que meu produto não havia chegado sem nem conferir, porque estava entretido no celular e nem pra minha cara olhou! RESULTADO meu objeto já estava aqui na rodoviária de Salvador mas a incapacidade e compromisso do funcionário de verificar se já estava falou mais alto! Muito decepcionado! PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO

I was informed by an employee of the Cruz das almas bus station that the object posted on 09/22/21 would arrive that same day at 3:00 pm, when I called the company, which by the way I was treated with total disregard by the attendant, who stayed for almost 10 minutes in a parallel conversation with other attendants, she informed me that the posted object would be available for collection on the 23rd, when I arrived on 09/23/21 at the bus station, I was attended by a man who indifferently told me that my product had not arrived without even checking, because he was entertained on his cell phone and he didn't even look at my face! RESULT my object was already here at the bus station in Salvador but the employee's inability and commitment to check if it was already spoke louder! Very disappointed! POOR SERVICE
