Simply horrible. I will never buy anything from this builder again. My experience was the worst possible. As well as all the residents of the enterprise. Videos, photos, etc... as proof of what I'm talking about.

A compra do meu AP que era um sonho virou um pesadelo.
Meu condomínio tá passando trabalho parede torta, infiltração nas paredes, parede um maior que a outra e muito mais.
Quem tiver a oportunidade procura outra construtora porque aqui em Florianópolis ela está queimada e acredito que nunca mais vai poder fazer contrução aqui.
Biggest disappointment of my life.
The purchase of my AP that was a dream turned into a nightmare.
My condo is going through crooked wall work, infiltration in the walls, one wall bigger than the other and much more.
Whoever has the opportunity looks for another construction company because here in Florianópolis it is burned and I believe that it will never be able to build here again.

5 meses de entrega das chaves e para um condomínio de 20 anos.
Colocaram um engenheiro que nem hibermeabilizaçao entre os andares. Infiltrações, paredes tortas, estrutura mal acabada.
Trabalho péssimo.
Em Florianópolis procure outra construtora.
They made a venture, sold a dream that became a nightmare for the buyers of Felicidade in Florianópolis.
5 months of key delivery and for a 20 year old condominium.
They put an engineer who didn't even hibermeabilization between floors. Infiltrations, crooked walls, poorly finished structure.
Bad job.
In Florianópolis look for another construction company.
