★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da Camila. Não sei mais o que fazer para ela me responder uma simples pergunta se um imóvel está ainda disponível ou não. Ela some no whatsapp, diz que vai dar retorno e some e nem email com esta reclamação respondem. Não recomendo. E conforme ela disse que me informou sobre imóvel, não informou quando foi alugado. Não respondeu email. No whatsapp prometia retorno e nada. Eu ligava e não sabia dizer se tinha sido alugado. Prometia verificar e não dava resposta. E nem um pedido de desculpas aqui reconhecendo que me deixou sem retorno diversas vezes. Não sabendo reconhecer quando não atende bem.
Camila's terrible service. I don't know what else to do for her to answer a simple question if a property is still available or not. She disappears on whatsapp, says she will give back and disappears and not even email with this complaint respond. I do not recommend. And as she said she informed me about property, she didn't say when it was rented. Did not answer email. On whatsapp promised return and nothing. I called and couldn't tell if it had been rented. He promised to check and gave no answer. And not even an apology here acknowledging that it left me with no return several times. Not knowing how to recognize when it doesn't answer well.
