★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tratamento pelo SUS é incrível, nunca fui tratada tão bem como fui tratada no RHP, não deixou nada a desejar, pelo contrário, me surpreendi muito e fiquei muito feliz com o atendimento e tratamento que tive. Recomendo muito o RHP, gratidão!?
 The treatment by the SUS is incredible, I have never been treated as well as I was treated at the RHP, it left nothing to be desired, on the contrary, I was very surprised and I was very happy with the care and treatment I had. I highly recommend the RHP, thanks!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A emergência do RHP passou por uma ampla reforma na pandemia e agora está muito mais bem equipada, não tem nem comparação com a anterior (onde já cheguei a passar quase 6 horas no chão, ao lado da minha esposa, esperando por um resultado de tomografia) tudo está muito mais limpo, moderno e acolhedor ao paciente. O atendimento é bom, bem humanizado e não achei demorado. O quarto que fiquei acompanhando a internação da minha esposa era bem limpo, iluminado, janelas amplas com persianas automáticas, banheiro com muito espaço, móveis novos e sem mal cheiro.
Destaco apenas 2 pontos negativos bobos:
1° O QR code que o hospital disponibiliza nos quartos para acesso aos serviços do plantão não funcionava;
2° As equipes no plantões de internação parecem ser mal organizadas, visto que minha esposa precisou ficar internada por uma noite e mais de 12 funcionários diferentes passaram pelo quarto durante a madrugada, ficando difícil criar algum tipo de relação de confiança com tanta gente, mas nada que incomodou de verdade.
Mesmo com pequenos defeitos, saimos bem satisfeitos com a experiência de sermos atendidos no RHP, eles estão agora mais modernos e rapidos no atendimento. Recomendo.
The emergency of the RHP underwent an extensive renovation in the pandemic and is now much better equipped, it has no comparison with the previous one (where I already spent almost 6 hours on the floor, next to my wife, waiting for a CT result ) everything is much cleaner, modern and patient-friendly. The service is good, very humanized and I didn't find it long. The room that I stayed with my wife's hospitalization was very clean, bright, large windows with automatic shutters, a bathroom with lots of space, new furniture and no bad smell.
I only highlight 2 silly negative points:
1° The QR code that the hospital provides in the rooms for access to on-call services did not work;
2° The teams on the inpatient shifts seem to be poorly organized, since my wife had to stay in the hospital for one night and more than 12 different employees passed through the room during the night, making it difficult to create some kind of trusting relationship with so many people, but nothing that really bothered me.
Even with small defects, we were very satisfied with the experience of being served at the RHP, they are now more modern and faster in service. I recommend.
