★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento do Colaborador João Lucas, mostrou profundo conhecedor da linha de produtos, me auxiliando na compra que realizei no dia,14/01/2019.
No tempo que estava na loja vi ele auxiliando alguns colegas de trabalho.
Ponto negativo a falta de um estacionamento, quando fui na loja descontou um caminhão que tomou espaço de três vagas.
Sendo que tem quatro vagas se não me engano.
I really enjoyed the service provided by Employee João Lucas, he showed profound knowledge of the product line, helping me with the purchase I made on 01/14/2019.
During the time I was in the store I saw him helping some co-workers.
Negative point was the lack of parking, when I went to the store for a truck that took up space for three spaces.
Since it has four vacancies if I'm not mistaken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoraram uns 5 minutos pra perceberem minha presença na loja, mesmo havendo dois vendedores atendendo apenas um cliente. Depois que fui atendido, o telefone tocou e o vendedor sequer pediu licença e atendeu ao telefone e nele permaneceu como se eu não existisse. Após alguns minutos, fui atendido por outro vendedor que me atendeu normalmente, sem muitos esclarecimentos. Durante todo este tempo, um dos atendentes estava com a máscara no queixo, uma total falta de respeito com os clientes e com seus colegas. Quando voltei pra buscar a mangueira, após o pagamento no caixa, o vendedor sumiu e a mangueira estava no balcão sem ninguém pra liberar. "Muito obrigado" passou longe dali neste dia.
Enfim, espero que as conexões da mangueira tenham uma qualidade melhor que a do atendimento, o que não é muito difícil.

After I was answered, the phone rang and the salesman didn't even ask for permission and answered the phone and stayed there as if I didn't exist. After a few minutes, I was attended by another salesman who attended me normally, without much clarification. All this time, one of the attendants had a mask on his chin, a total lack of respect for customers and his colleagues. When I came back to get the hose, after paying at the register, the seller disappeared and the hose was on the counter with no one to release it. "Thank you very much" passed away on that day.
Anyway, I hope that the hose connections have a better quality than the service, which is not very difficult.
