I didn't even go there, just by phone I had a terrible treatment ... Very hostile attendant and showed no interest in making the sale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento. Na verdade sequer houve atendimento. Me trataram feito LIXO. Fiquei um tempão no balcão e ninguém sequer olhou pra minha cara. Tinha uma funcionária contando seringa pra um cliente, outro fazendo alguma coisa no computador e outro terminando de atender um cliente. Esse último terminou o atendimento, recolheu os copos de cafezinho que estavam na minha frente, jogou no lixo, voltou pro balcão... eu achei que então iria me atender, mas pegou um copo descartável (eu tava ali na cara dele), deu a volta no balcão pra pegar a água, sempre conversando bem alto com o que tava no computador. Nenhum dos três sequer olharam pra minha cara pra dizer um "Bom dia, senhor, espera um pouquinho que já vamos atender". Era como se eu não existisse. Nem que fosse a única loja do ramo eu voltaria num lugar desse, mas tem vários concorrentes na mesma rua. Fui em todas as lojas e em todas as outras, mesmo com muito mais movimento, fui bem tratado.
PS: Ao chegar em casa e contar essa história pra minha esposa, ela disse que tinham tratado ela mal pelo telefone, que o funcionário era muito ríspido, era essa mesma loja.
Terrible attendance. In fact, there was no service at all. They treated me like TRASH. I was at the counter for a long time and no one even looked at my face. There was an employee counting syringes for a customer, another doing something on the computer and another finishing serving a customer. The latter finished the service, collected the coffee cups that were in front of me, threw them in the trash, went back to the counter... going back to the counter to get the water, always talking loudly to what was on the computer. None of the three even looked at my face to say, "Good morning, sir, wait a minute and we'll answer soon". It was as if I didn't exist. Even if it were the only store in the business I would go back to a place like this, but there are several competitors on the same street. I went to all the stores and all the others, even with much more traffic, I was treated well.
PS: When I got home and told this story to my wife, she said that she had been treated badly over the phone, that the employee was very harsh, it was the same store.
