★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei por uma caixa de touca descartável, eles mandam pegar a sacola de expedição, o cara simplesmente joga a sacola pra vc, não faz nenhuma conferência, só dei por falta dias depois e eles disseram que nada podiam fazer. Entrega? Kkkkkk só num prazo de 24h, nem parece que estamos em 2021, segundo ano de pandemia, onde o delivery está mais do que difundido.
I paid for a disposable cap box, they send for the shipping bag, the guy just throws the bag at you, does not make a conference, I just missed it a few days later and they said they could do nothing. Delivery? Kkkkkk only within 24 hours, it doesn't even seem like we are in 2021, the second year of the pandemic, where delivery is more than widespread.

Infelizmente tive a péssima experiência de entrar nessa loja comprei dois pares de calcanheiras que não serviu e quando fui trocar, o gerente não tava e nem o sub gerente, os dois saíram junto pra almoçar tive que esperar 1h e meia, sinceramente NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM ESSA LOJA, PÉSSIMA ADMINISTRAÇÃO
Terrible attendance
Unfortunately I had the terrible experience of entering this store, I bought two pairs of heels that didn't fit and when I went to change them, the manager was not and neither was the sub manager, the two went out to lunch together I had to wait 1 hour and a half, sincerely I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS STORE, BAD ADMINISTRATION

Nunca fiquei na mão, tanto presencial, ou , pelo serviço de call center, sempre atenderam com excelência todos os meus pedidos. Esses comentários que estão fazendo não condiz com esta empresa. Existe o livre arbitrio do ser humano, mas vamos ter bom senso!
Excellent service, I always buy from this company, they even make home delivery. I've never been on hand, either in person, or through the call center service, they always responded with excellence to all my requests. These comments you are making do not agree with this company. There is free will of human beings, but let's have common sense!
