★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não colocaram a minha casa no site pra alugar ficou fechada por meses , ladrão entrou e arrebentou com tudo, acabou com a casa. Imobiliária Zezinho teve desinteresse total
They didn't put my house on the website for rent, it was closed for months, a thief came in and smashed everything, ended up with the house. Imobiliária Zezinho was completely disinterested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vou negar que eles tem umas boas opções de casas de variados preços, mais quando chega na parte de contrato prefiro nem comentar, se vc achar uma casa que a chave esteja na imobiliária pegue( fica a dica )
I won't deny that they have some good options for houses of different prices, but when it comes to the contract part I prefer not to comment, if you find a house that the key is in the real estate agency, take it (here's a tip)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, péssimos profissionais e um péssimo atendimento, ainda não cheguei a conclusão do que é pior ali. Fizemos todo o processo para alugar uma casa de um dono que já conhecíamos e ele autorizou essa imobiliária a alugar pra gente, tenho uma renda alta e levei todos os documentos pedido por eles, informamos que eu tinha 1 restrição no nome e mesmo assim eles cobraram 100 reais pra fazer uma consulta, já era uma coisa certa entre eu e o dono da casa. No outro dia eles ligaram dizendo que não podíamos alugar a casa porque havia restrição no nome e ponto. O pior de tudo foi o péssimo atendimento da funcionária chamada Maria, era uma má vontade pra tudo até pra abrir a boca pra falar comigo, atendia o telefone parecendo que estava comendo sempre, me senti pedindo um favor ali pra esse pessoal. Não compareçam nesse lugar, procurem qualquer outro menos esse podem confiar
Bad place, bad professionals and bad service, I still haven't come to the conclusion of what's worse there. We did the whole process to rent a house from an owner we already knew and he authorized this real estate company to rent to us, I have a high income and I took all the documents requested by them, we informed that I had 1 restriction in the name and even then they charged 100 reais to make an appointment, it was a sure thing between me and the owner of the house. The other day they called saying that we couldn't rent the house because there was a restriction on the name and period. Worst of all was the poor service of the employee called Maria, she was unwilling for everything even to open her mouth to talk to me, she answered the phone looking like she was always eating, I felt like asking these people for a favor. Do not attend this place, look for any other but this one you can trust

Coloquei uma casa para alugar para não ter dor de cabeça pensando que iria facilitar, porém a imobiliária deixa a desejar, atrasa todo mês o pagamento, mesmo sabendo que o meu inquilino realiza o pagamento em dia! Estou insatisfeito com os serviços oferecidos! Não indicaria a imobiliária para ninguém!
Terrible real estate to put the house for sale and rent! I put a house for rent so I wouldn't have a headache thinking it would make it easier, but the real estate agency leaves something to be desired, they delay the payment every month, even though my tenant makes the payment on time! I am dissatisfied with the services offered! I wouldn't recommend the realtor to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca em toda a minha vida imaginei passar por algo assim. A imobiliária permitiu q o inquilino entregasse a chave sem o nosso conhecimento deixando o imóvel totalmente destruído e com aluguéis atrasados. E ainda por cima, alegaram q se quiséssemos teríamos q mover ação com a chance de ainda perder. Q uma tentativa amigável nem adiantaria pq com certeza ele não iria pagar. E tb não cumpriram nada q estava no contrato de locação alegando q limpeza e conservação não se trata de entregar o imóvel nas mesmas condições q foi alugado. Terrível e dolorosa experiência. Não indico pra nenhum Proprietário confiar a eles o imóvel para locação.
I never in my entire life imagined going through something like this. The realtor allowed the tenant to hand over the key without our knowledge leaving the property totally destroyed and with rents behind. And on top of that, they claimed that if we wanted to, we would have to move action with the chance of still losing. Q a friendly attempt wouldn't even help because he sure wouldn't pay. And they also did not comply with anything that was in the lease, claiming that cleaning and conservation is not about delivering the property in the same conditions as it was rented. Terrible and painful experience. I do not recommend that any Owner trust them with the property for lease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QUERO REGISTRAR AQUI A MINHA INDIGNAÇÃO EU E MEUS IRMÃO FOMOS A IMOBILIÁRIA ENTREGAMOS A DOCUMENTAÇÃO PARA A ANALISE DE UMA CASA QUE ATE O PRESENTE MOMENTO ESTAVA DISPONÍVEL ISSO NO SÁBADO DIA 19/03 NO DIA 21/03 LIGUEI ALGUMAS VEZES PRA SABER O RETORNO POR VOLTA DAS 16:30 RECEBI O RETORNO QUE MINHA FICHA HAVIA SIDO APROVADA LIGUEI NA IMOBILIÁRIA NA QUAL ESTA LOCADA MINHA CASA ATUAL E COMUNIQUEI QUE IRIA SAIR DA RESIDÊNCIA ENTRE DUAS E TRES SEMANAS ELES INFORMARAM QUE IRIAM DAR ENTRADA NO ENCERRAMENTO DO CONTRATO POREM POR VOLTA DAS 17:35 O CORRETOR ME MANDOU UM AUDIO INFORMANDO QUE A CASA TINHA SIDO ALUGADA PRA OUTRA IMOBILIÁRIA TOTAL FALTA DE INFORMAÇAO AGORA PRECISO ACHAR UMA CASA URGENTE QUE ATINJA AS MINHAS NECESSIDADES POIS JA FOI FEITO O CONTRATO DE ENCERRAMENTO.
I WANT TO REGISTER HERE MY INDIGNATION ME AND MY BROTHERS WERE TO THE IMOBILIÁRIA WE DELIVERED THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ANALYSIS OF A HOUSE WHICH WAS AVAILABLE UP TO THE PRESENT ON SATURDAY 03/19 ON 03/21 I CALLED SOMETIMES TO KNOW HOW TO RETURN AT 4:30 PM I RECEIVED THE RETURN THAT MY APPLICATION HAD BEEN APPROVED, I CALLED THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN WHICH MY CURRENT HOUSE IS LEASED AND COMMUNICATED THAT I WOULD LEAVE THE RESIDENCE BETWEEN TWO AND THREE WEEKS THEY INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD ENTER THE END OF THE CONTRACT BUT AROUND 17:00 :35 THE BROKER SENT ME AN AUDIO INFORMING THAT THE HOUSE HAS BEEN LEASED TO ANOTHER REAL ESTATE COMPANY TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION NOW I NEED TO FIND AN URGENT HOUSE THAT MEETS MY NEEDS BECAUSE THE CLOSING AGREEMENT HAS BEEN DONE.
