★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, os funcionários ficam um batendo no outro ,com a cara pra cima batendo papo, quando você finalmente consegue pedir um calçado o funcionário demora 2 horas procurando e volta dizendo que não tem a sua numeração.
Very bad service, employees are hitting each other, face up chatting, when you finally manage to order a shoe the employee takes 2 hours looking for it and comes back saying he doesn't have his number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência possível... por 2 sábados consecutivos fui nesta loja e não encontrei um vendedor que pudesse pegar um tênis qur estava na vitrine, falei com o gerente e ele pediu que um vendedor pudesse me ajudar, o vendedor saiu para ir buscar o tênis e talvez tenha sido abduzido, porque não voltou mais. Sai da loja e fui comprar em uma nova loja que inaugurou na cidade porque lá sim o atendimento é de qualidade, os vendedores se importam com os clientes, já na realce, não vou nesta loja nem se estiver dando sandália de graça porque a qualidade no atendimento é o pior que já pude presenciar.
The worst possible experience ... for 2 consecutive Saturdays I went to this store and I did not find a seller who could get a sneaker that was in the window, I spoke with the manager and he asked a seller to help me, the seller went out to get the tennis and maybe he was abducted because he never returned. I left the store and went to buy in a new store that opened in the city because there the service is quality, the salespeople care about the customers, already in the highlight, I won't go to this store even if I'm giving sandals for free because the quality in service is the worst I have ever witnessed.
