Sem suporte aos finais de semana, então se der problema na sexta a noite, solução só na segunda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem entende mais sobre internet o atendimento é péssimo, técnico não configurar o modem para ter as portas abertas para o roteador, você liga e manda mensagem para resolverem o problema ninguém entende nada ninguém sabe de nada e ficam só te enrolando, não sabem nem dizer se tem suporte a IPV6, coisas básicas pra quem trabalha com internet e precisa eles não sabem nem lhe informar se tem suporte ou não, se você é usuário comum que só usa wifi para mensagens e ver video recomendo 100MB não terá problema, já acima disso é rasgar dinheiro pois mesmo comprando roteador de GB por eles não darem o suporte para resolver o problema mesmo conectado a cabo você terá uma internet capada... Assim tendo problema como Duplo Nat e Nat Restrito.
For those who understand more about the internet, the service is terrible, the technician does not configure the modem to have the ports open to the router, you call and send a message to solve the problem no one understands anything no one knows anything and they just fool you, they don't even know say if it has support for IPV6, basic things for those who work with the internet and need it, they don't even know if it has support or not, if you are a regular user who only uses wifi for messages and watching video I recommend 100MB you will have no problem, as above this is ripping money because even buying a GB router because they don't give the support to solve the problem even connected to cable you will have a capped internet... So having problems like Double Nat and Restricted Nat.

Não aguentávamos mais pagar o msm preço ou mais caro e ter 15 megas pela Oi Velox.
Passei um perrengue absurdo na pandemia e nem podia acompanhar as lives das aulas síncronas porque caía a todo tempo.
Demorou, mas a liberdade chegou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fim do ano de 2021 fui surpreendido com a minha operadora de telefonia e internet (OI), que mudou o sistema do telefone para sem fio e consequentemente a internet foi cancelada e isso sem qualquer aviso prévio. Pesquisei sobre a RealNet Work por aqui e só vi comentários positivos e decidi contratá-la e cerca de 4 meses e meio, venho dar o meu depoimento para que possa ajudar outras pessoas.
Pontos positivos:
- Estabilidade, fiquei apenas 1 dia sem internet por algumas horas.
- Velocidade contratada é a real entregue. Na verdade é até maior, contratei 50 MB e nos testes sempre aparece como 54-55 MB.
- Preço, comparado ao que pagava no tempo da OI, com 10 MB, pago o mesmo com os 50 MB.
Ponto negativo: nenhum até o momento*
* - ainda não precisei contatar o suporte e não sei ele vai resolver um eventual problema com rapidez.
Primeira vez que uso isso aqui e nem sei se poderei editar depois, mas farei isso caso surja algo novo.

- Contracted speed is the actual delivered. In fact it is even bigger, I hired 50 MB and in the tests it always appears as 54-55 MB.
- Price, compared to what I paid at the time of OI, with 10 MB, I pay the same with 50 MB.
Negative point: none so far*
* - I haven't needed to contact support yet and I don't know they will solve any problem quickly.
First time using this here and I don't even know if I'll be able to edit it later, but I will if something new comes up.
