★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi enviado um Sony Vaio à Realtec para avaliação há algum tempo, pois o mesmo supostamente estava com problema na placa mãe (notebook descarregava mesmo estando conectado à fonte, aguentava apenas alguns minutos ligado). O "técnico" simplesmente formatou o HD, removendo o Windows original que veio junto ao computador (Home Premium OEM) e colocando um falso (Ultimate), ou por preguiça de fazer ativação junto à Microsoft via telefone ou por talvez ele apenas achar legal. E claro, o problema na placa mãe não apenas deixou de ser resolvido como se acentuou a ponto de nem ligar mais. No fim das contas, em outra assistência, identificaram que o problema era em dois capacitores da Placa Mãe, e o reparo foi feito prontamente. A sensação que deu é que o cara provavelmente deve ser o sobrinho que formata os computadores dos parentes em casa, e resolveu abrir uma "lojinha de informática". Fujam.
A Sony Vaio was sent to Realtec for evaluation some time ago, as it supposedly had a problem with the motherboard (the notebook was discharged even though it was connected to the source, it could only last a few minutes). The "technician" simply formatted the HD, removing the original Windows that came with the computer (Home Premium OEM) and placing a fake one (Ultimate), either out of laziness to activate with Microsoft via phone or maybe he just thinks it's cool. And of course, the problem on the motherboard not only failed to be solved, it became even more accentuated. In the end, in another assistance, they identified that the problem was with two capacitors on the Motherboard, and the repair was done promptly. The feeling was that the guy must probably be the nephew who formats the computers of relatives at home, and decided to open a "computer shop". Run away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no balcao foi ok porem na parte tecnica demonstrou quase nenhum conhecimento aprofundado sobre hardware e bios das novas geracoes intel recomendo que quem queira montar um pc gamer nao leve neste local tecnico extremamente arrogante nao atende a nenhum pedido do cliente nao aceita que esta errado quase me fez trocar uma peca que nao tinha defeito algum com o fabricante me relatou um bug chegando em casa no primeiro video do youtube que eu pesquisei achei a solucao do problema era apenas uma configuracao basica de bios demonstrando imensa ma vontade . Nunca mais piso neste local na minha vida!!!
The service at the counter was ok but in the technical part it showed almost no in-depth knowledge about hardware and bios of the new generations intel I recommend that anyone who wants to assemble a gaming pc do not take this extremely arrogant technical place does not respond to any customer request does not accept that it is wrong almost made me change a part that had no defect with the manufacturer reported a bug coming home in the first youtube video that I searched I found the solution to the problem was just a basic bios configuration showing immense ill will. I will never step foot in this place again in my life!!!
