★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguem consegue realizar a entrar no sistema da receita federal com relação a consolidação de dívida no pert refis - Não se divulga a data de início somente no diário oficial, e fiquei sabendo que vencerá dia 28-12-2018, com isso perderemos os descontos da multa e juros. O sistema esta fora do ar intermidadamente.
No one is able to enter the federal revenue system regarding debt consolidation in the pert refis - The start date is not disclosed only in the official gazette, and I learned that it will expire on 12/28-2018, with this we will lose the discounts from fine and interest. The system is intermittently down.

Me dirigi até a receita hoje(08/10/2020) para conseguir número da declaração do meu imposto de renda, pois não consigo pelos sites informados nem pelo aplicativo da declaração do imposto. Me deram um emae-m e disseram que a solicitação deveria ser realizada por lá, agora a tarde recebo a resposta do e-mail dizendo que este canal nan trata esre tipo de solicitação. Então eu paguei Uber duas vezes, perdi meu tempo atoa, pra me passarem informações erradas e se negarem a atender pessoalmente? Como vou conseguir esse número então se o uniún jeito é através da receita?
How can a public agency be that bad ?. I went to the revenue today (10/8/2020) to get my tax return number, because I can't get it through the websites informed or through the tax return application. They gave me an e-mail and said that the request should be made there, now in the afternoon I receive the e-mail reply saying that this channel does not deal with this type of request. So I paid Uber twice, wasted my time, to give me wrong information and refuse to answer personally? How will I get this number then if the only way is through the recipe?

I agree, it has to be privatized, employees are bad service, they don't know anything, they don't solve anything, they just want to receive theirs and do nothing. Make room for those who want to work and know how to solve
