Paguei as guias do ITCMD do inventário da minha mãe e o advogado falou que não têm retorno, com mais de 4000 pessoas morrendo por dia se cada inventário for este descaso.... por gentileza quem puder me ajudar agradeço, preciso que o advogado compareça pessoalmente ai, por telefone ninguém atende....
 Does anyone know how to answer me if they are doing face-to-face assistance? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só atende com agendamento tem que abaixar o aplicativo agendamento receita federal ou estar lá bem cedo para agendar pois são limitado os atendimentos
You only have appointments, you have to download the federal revenue scheduling application or be there very early to make an appointment, as the appointments are limited

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. Desde à recepção/triagem até o término do serviço. Primeira vez que venho à RF e não tomo aquela canseira. O filho de Deus que teve a ideia de atendimento com agendamento merece o Prêmio Nobel.
Excellent service. From reception/sorting to the end of the service. First time I come to RF and I don't take that fatigue. The child of God who came up with the idea of appointments deserves the Nobel Prize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há dias estou tentando agendar atendimento no posto de Praia Grande/SP, sem sucesso! agencia fecha absurdamente as 12h, antes deste horário apenas um atendente para atender a demanda! o atendimento via chat da receita também impossível, dia e noite informa que "NESTE MOMENTO ATINGIMOS O MÁXIMO DE CAPACIDADE PARA ESTE TIPO DE ATENDIMENTO" e então a quem recorremos? tendo em vista que a receita federal nos da prazo para tal obrigação e em caso de descumprimento estamos passiveis de severas punições!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! será que seremos obrigados a provocarmos os deputados e senadores para que tomem as devidas providencias com relação a melhor atendimento? Meu irmão esta com outro problema, não consegue se formalizar MEI porque informa a existência de empresa em nome dele, após meses tentando acionar a receita por diversos canais, finalmente conseguimos protocolar o pedido de exclusão de seu nome na empresa, tendo em vista desconhecer, os seja, ele foi vítima de estelionato, e já se fazem mais de um mês que demos entrada no processo e até hoje sem qualquer informação! QUE DEUS NOS SOCORRA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
