★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da cordialidade, no período da manhã, quando da recepção e avaliação do Sr. Mauricio (juntamente com o Clemilson), infelizmente, não recomendo esta empresa!
À tarde, no momento da entrega, realizada por outros funcionários, estava um clima "meio que constrangedor", com os funcionários se olhando e mexendo no meu carro ao mesmo tempo; sem saber direito dizer por que não tinha ficado bom o serviço. E de fato não ficou: a peça não ficou 100% (diria que uns 70%); parafusos não encaixaram direito; arranhão na hora da montagem com um pintura provisória não programada em cima da hora, etc.
Acredito que tenha faltado um pouco de bom senso, com uma "pitada" de honestidade e profissionalismo na entrega. Todos vimos a mesma coisa, mas ninguém se pronunciou. Pelo contrário, as pessoas se afastaram; desconversaram...
De todo modo, escrevo essa avaliação aqui não para fomentar coisas ruins, ou algo do gênero, mas para despertar na empresa uma reflexão que o bom senso, a verdade e a integridade serão sempre os melhores caminhos (sempre!). Particularmente, acredito que seja mais importante que o próprio serviço realizado no carro.

In the afternoon, at the time of delivery, carried out by other employees, there was a "kind of embarrassing" atmosphere, with the employees looking at each other and moving in my car at the same time; not sure how to say why the service hadn't been good. And in fact it was not: the piece was not 100% (I would say about 70%); screws did not fit properly; scratch at the time of assembly with a temporary paint not programmed at the last minute, etc.
I believe that a little common sense was lacking, with a "pinch" of honesty and professionalism in delivery. We all saw the same thing, but no one spoke. On the contrary, people have moved away; deconverted ...
Anyway, I write this evaluation here not to promote bad things, or something like that, but to awaken in the company a reflection that common sense, truth and integrity will always be the best ways (always!). In particular, I believe it is more important than the car service itself.

Sou corretor de seguro e vou recomendar a todos os meus clientes essa oficina.
Very good workshop, I really enjoyed the service, professionals were very attentive and the repair was carried out on my car very quickly, I left the car on Monday morning, they promised to deliver it on Friday, and on Wednesday at lunchtime they called me informing me that the car was ready. Super recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FACADA - Fiz uma cotação de recuperar algumas peças da minha moto que estavam arranhadas, o serviço ficou tão caro que compensou comprar as peças novas (já pintadas) e trocar, isso tudo com a mão de obra da autorizada... sugiro ir lá somente se for pelo seguro, particular o valor é muito alto.
FACADA - I made a quote to recover some parts of my motorcycle that were scratched, the service was so expensive that it was worth buying the new parts (already painted) and changing, all this with the labor of the authorized person... I suggest going there only if it's for insurance, the value is very high.
