★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Entrei na loja, tres atendentes pra um cliente, me viram e ao inves de um vir falar comigo, deram as costas. Procurei outro que disse que estava atendendo uma cliente e eu aleguei que tinha 3 pra uma clientes so bem ali, achei que ele ia ter o bom senso de chamar algum deles mas ele simplesmente alegou que estava atendendo uma cliente e não poderia "abandonar o barco", eu só estava buscando um orçamento que daria quase mil reais, perderam venda. Vocês precisam dar treinamento de bom atendimento pros funcionarios.
Very bad service. I entered the store, three attendants for a customer, they saw me and instead of coming to talk to me, they turned their backs. I looked for another one who said he was attending a client and I claimed I had 3 clients just there, I thought he would have the good sense to call one of them but he simply claimed that he was attending a client and could not "abandon the boat ", I was just looking for a budget that would give almost a thousand reais, they lost sales. You need to give good training to employees.
