★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No panfleto diz que aceita pgto via boleto , mas ao dar entrada somos notificamos que está função não está valendo . Ao ligar para obter informações sobre exame , tel toca incansávelmente .. qndo consegue falar uma Sra por nome ( Priscila ) além se ser super mal educada , a impressão que se tem é que vc esta falando com uma gravação .a pessoa que colheu meu exame me machucou demais , após 7 dias continuo passando pomada devido à lessao Sofri . Única coisa que me senti respeitado foi no atendimento inicial , uma Sra por nome Carla ( super educada e atenciosa ), nos faz senti que somos clientes especial .
Nos mais não recomendo .
 In the pamphlet it says it accepts payment via ticket, but upon entering we are notified that this function is not valid. When calling for exam information, tel rings tirelessly .. when she can speak a Mrs. by name (Priscila) besides being super rude, the impression is that you are talking to a recording .the person who took my exam It hurt me a lot, after 7 days I still ointment due to the injury I suffered. Only thing I felt respected was in the initial care, a Mrs. by name Carla (super polite and helpful) makes us feel that we are special customers.
We do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, segunda-feira 22/3/2021, liguei para saber se eles fazem o exame Cariótipo em Bandas, não souberam me informar, me deram um outro telefone, mandei mensagem e estou esperando até hoje. Hoje, liguei novamente, perguntei se fazem o exame, a recepcionista falou um minutinho, nisso, fiquei mais de dez minutos. Não esperei mais e desliguei. Eu só queria uma informação, falta de respeito.
Lousy service, Monday 3/22/2021, I called to see if they take the Karyotype exam in Bands, they did not know how to inform me, they gave me another phone, I sent a message and I am waiting until today. Today, I called again, asked if they are taking the exam, the receptionist spoke for a minute, in that, I stayed more than ten minutes. I didn't wait any longer and hung up. I just wanted information, lack of respect.

Para exames que o material foi coletado até às 10h da manhã, geralmente os resultados saem no mesmo dia ou na manhã do dia seguinte. Já faço exames nesse laboratório há anos e sempre saiu o resultado antes.
Uma desvantagem e deveria melhorar é aceitar Unimed.

For exams that the material was collected until 10 am, the results usually come out on the same day or the morning of the following day. I have been doing tests in this laboratory for years and the results have always come out before.
A disadvantage and it should improve is to accept Unimed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu toxicológico,Esperei 8 dias liguei 3 vezes para o consultório para eles me falar que meu material foi "extraviado".Tive que recolher novamente o material para o exame! muita falta de responsabilidade com o cliente!
I did my toxicology, I waited 8 days I called the office 3 times for them to tell me that my material was "lost". I had to collect the material again for the exam! Very disrespectful to the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma demora horrível para liberar 1 exame que em qualquer outro laboratório libera em menos de 12 horas, já estou a 3 dias esperando, nunca mais voltarei a essa laboratório e não indico a ninguém, péssimo.
A horrible delay to release 1 exam that in any other laboratory releases in less than 12 hours, I've been waiting 3 days, I'll never go back to this laboratory and I don't recommend it to anyone, terrible.
